This wouldn't happen to most people, because the game had to be modded for it to happen, but it's still a glitch because all I did was swap everybody's model with Vince and I certainly wasn't expecting it to turn out the way it did:
Two nights ago I had a glitch in All That Remains. I was outside of the cabin, checking windows (by turning left and around the corner from left when you first leave the shed) and when I was gonna check the last one, the screen switched to the side of the cabin where Alvin was sitting at. I couldn't see my movements so I had restart the chapter.

Eh, that sucks. That's just an unfortunate glitch.
