Question about Walter

edited March 2014 in The Walking Dead

Is Walter gay?

I am not sure if there's even an option to ask, but supposedly Matthew was his SO

Comments

  • Walter and Matthew were lovers, yes.

  • Walter and Mathew were close...

If you know what I mean

  • On the wiki page there's a list of gay/lesbian characters from the game and comics and show and they're on it. So yes :)

I believe so. I know that Walter refers to Matthew as his partner ("My partner, Matthew, has racked up quite the collection [of books]."), which is what many same sex lovers subtly refer to each other as when talking about the other to someone who doesn't know they're gay/lesbian. :) I really liked Walter - he reminds me of my favorite teacher, my History teacher. Gotta love him. :)

  • Somehow I never actually read into it that much, but it definitely makes sense.

  • when I heard about the partner thing I didn't make the connection, not until Walter says You don't know what you did to me to Nick. I'm fine with it. I am glad they didn't make him a stereotypical gay - its all about him being gay. tell-tale handle it subtle. nice job telltale

  • I'm not sure. Walter did mention they were partners, could be, im not sure

  • Seriously?! I say that I have no problem with the character, and complement tell tale the did a good job creating Walter's character and I get down voted for it? someone here is a Homophobe.

  • Don't worry. Everyone else seems to have at least 1 downvote, so it must just be a troll. :)
