Two different characters, The game begins before rick wakes up, and Rosita appeared in the comics probably appeared around episode 3 season 2 of the games. Meaning that Clem is 11, and I'm just fucking rambling but you know the point, Clem is only eleven when Rosita appeared in the comics.
Telling ya'll that is Rosita from the comics Clementine? She grew her hair out, lost her hat as in episode 4, grew up and met her own group. Changed her name to Rosita to get away from the harsh memories of being Clementine.

Hey Kirkman loves his sexy female character lol. Theory is she was probably a prostitute before the outbreak which explains why she has that style XD. I might be wrong because i didn't read 53-100. Plus wearing that shows there's still can be some sexiness during the outbreak. wearing earrings and short short is okay. At least she's not wearing long sleeves or clothes zombies can get her

What does she do to convince other group members to back away from morally ambiguous choices? All I remember her doing is...nothing of consequence, really. She's eye candy in the background, and she never made any lasting impressions on me.

No offense to anybody who seriously edits it, but the wiki is just awful. People on that site are huge dicks to each other and are stubborn as hell, so they have edit wars about stupid stuff and it only ends when one side just gives up or a (biased) admin just locks shit down after adding their opinion. It isn't about sharing speculation-free, accurate information, it's some weird sort of competition. Because of this, the wiki is actually a pretty unreliable source of info for a lot of things. She mostly just hung out in the background, either with Abraham or whatever. Where I'm from, ghetto means a person's lifestyle. Skin color means nothing, it's how you act that determines if you're ghetto.
Unless episode 5 ends with Doc Brown zooming in and telling Clementine to get in the car, I don't think such a thing is possible.

Rosita is FAR too submissive in the comic. She plays background music to Abraham's macho man show 75-90% of the time.
Clementine on the other hand is strong. She will voice her opinions, and isn't afraid to make tough decisions. Clem > Rosita
