I was just discussing the similarities between TLOU & TWD with some friends. I don't mind them. Like you, TLOU is one of my favorite games of 2013, maybe of all time? I just really dig the story, even if it has it's cliche moments.

No, you're not the only one. And how Ellie wanted to help him so much. Well, unlike Clem, she actually could back then, because she was older. But now, Clem can kick ass. I think Clem's more badass than Ellie.
I think the two falling and getting impaled is just a coincidence. The Last of Us got a lot of inspiration from the film The Road, and the main father guy was shoot with an arrow that weakened and inevitably killed him from the infection. It's not really the same thing, but Joel did go out of commission after a while to where he was bedridden as well.
Well the code for multiplayer didn't even come with my copy so now I have no intentions of ever trying it. I bought it used from gamestop for around $50 if that makes a difference, I heard it does though. Yes, I checked the receipt and nope, no code.
