Skip to 0.05. There is a guy wearing a hat, red shirt, and black coat in Episode 1 waiting in line.

Skip to 14:00 and watch until 14:10. At the ending of episode 3. Look closely at the driver. I'm pretty sure its the same guy. Who is he?

Go back to the second video and pause near 14:00 - 14:01. Then go to this video and pause on 16:40. Its probably a coincidence but seriously?

    yeah, some threads have mentioned this. Apparently it's Tiny Tim - the sick kid from The Christmas Carol. There are some stills which pretty much prove that it is the same character
