Its true, the Walking Dead game is not to be considered same as a japanense visual novel where you have multiple endings. In this game you just have to accept that your** experiences will be different** due to choices but your destiny remains unchanged(harsh fact of life?). As the game will have sequel it is impossible to have another season start based on different endings, they could have a true ending and stuffs like other jp vn or dead rising but hey, those involves a good ending and..walking dead does not really have good ending(could be broken in s2 but you know..probably not.).
Why the hell would you want to play a game that has several different outcomes resulting in several different endings, therefore requiring y… moreou to play the game countless times to get different endings? You'd get sick of it pretty quickly.
This is about how the story and the choices you make in it affect you. The story HAS to stay consistent, otherwise it would just be a cluttered mess and there'd be no true story.
Just think happy thoughts. No big deal, yes S1 had more gameplay perhaps but that doesn't make S2 bad or anything. We still have outstanding writers, atmosphere is supreme and likeable characters.
If "game" developers want to make it more like interactive movie fine by me, there's far worse paths they could took. Loooove!
