The Walking Dead Forum Creepypasta ( No Longer Looking For Volunteers)
Good evening, everyone. I'm Giraffehat, the forum's official Goose.
Firstly, you may be wondering what a CreepyPasta is. CreepyPasta is just a term for a scary (or rather "creepy") story written by random people on the internet, similar to fan fiction, but it doesn't necessarily have to be about anything that already exists.
I have recently acquired inspiration for a CreepyPasta revolving around this very forum, as well as TWD game itself. I have most of ideas already, but I'm gonna need some assistance from you guys.
Firstly, I haven't been a CreepyPasta enthusiast for very long. @Azlyn showed me one last week and I got absolutely hooked. This means that, while I have researched clichés and what-not-to-dos, the advice of more knowledgeable CreepyPasta enthusiasts would be very appreciated.
Secondly, I require some volunteers, who consent to featuring in the story. Keep in mind, I'll be more likely to pick people I'm familiar with, as I have a better understanding of their personalities, so I can offer a more appropriate characterization.
If you wish to join, please type out a detailed list of your personality and speech patterns (for characterization purposes) as well as leaving some information which explains how you'd deal with a really, REALLY freaky situation - but one that's still within the realm of reality - that barely anyone has ever experienced before. Keep in mind, bad things WILL probably happen to you.
Well, that's all I've got for now. Of course, feedback is welcome. If you have any questions, I'll try to answer them as long as they don't involve spoilers.
EDIT 1: I came up with a new idea. If you guys were willing to share your real first names, it would improve a certain section of the story.
EDIT 2: If you guys were willing to leave your country and city in your description as well, it would be useful for me. Also, if you are social network friends (PSN, XBL, Steam) with anyone else on the forum, please list those members.
EDIT 3: I found some good music for you guys to play in the background when you read.

As for the freaky situation, I would probably ask around to figure out what is happening, and if that doesn't work try hesitantly to figure it out myself.
I know I'm still kinda new around the telltale forums, but I'd love to get involved in one of these things. (I'd prefer a minor role over a big one, I'd be fine being a "redshirt" if you will)

I'm in, I'll list some personality traits of mine, not tramautised easily, Not really affected by any Gore, kind but if you betray me I'll kick yo ass!!,caring but thats bad sometimes, and I hate jump scares and that's all that scares me really....
Sounds cool. Creepypasta is one of the few types of short story I've never tried. From what I've read, there seems to be a fine line between creepypasta and cornypasta. Putting corn in your pasta is an affront to a proud culinary tradition...don't do it. Good luck!

-Short tempered, But I usually have good intentions and care about my people.
-Friendly dude. Yup, I get along with pretty much everyone since Im mostly a pretty reasonable dude, Even in arguments. However, Im not afraid to speak my mind even if that leads to not exactly beneficiary consequences for me.
-Im a Tomcat. Yeah, I don't lie either so I have to admit Im a Tomcat. I have a soft spot for women in my heart so look out for that.
-I have a uncanny ability to get popular quickly, both in real life and the Internet. SaltLick has become pretty much legendary here since Im always trying to cheer people up and make them feel better. That's a pretty easy job for me since I don't lack motivation or energy.

I'd most likely freak out at first but then settle down and try to find a way out of the hole. Im definitely someone you can rely on to get you out of a thight spot.

Personality: Chill, laid back, sarcastic, likes to make people laugh. I'll be friends with just about anybody. Willing to help those who need it, respects those who give respect back. I don't judge anyone or like to make fun of people. I'm not violent but when push comes to shove I don't play around so just don't piss me off, haha.
Fears: Honestly, nothing really. I'm not saying I'm the bravest person out there but nothing seems to scare me at all. Usually when someone is scared of a certain situation I'll try to comfort them, keep them calm and let them know that it's OK.

haha jk. I would remain calm, cool and collected. Panicking won't help the situation out, I'd rather look for a solution and fight back in necessary.

Personality (as I heard from other people as well): I'm kind hearted, and will always try to cheer up other people and make them laugh. However, I'm very easy tempered and if someone triggers me I can go "all out" on him. I will hold on to what I see true, even if everyone else will give me shit for it, and I have OCD, so it may affect my behavior at times. I'm also very loyal and true to those I care about.
Fears: No really big fears except one thing: Jumpscares. I hate them. If someone jumpscares me, it may (and sometimes did) end up in me punching them in the face out of instinct, then hit them again because I hate jumpscares.
How would you act in a freaky situation: I mostly remain calm, I don't freeze or freak out. Actually, I will be the first to react and think straight at most occasions.
Because i love Creepypastas, i think being in one would be kewl. Soooo...

Fears: I am not afraid of many things. But i am terrified of losing everyone i love. Or, oblivion, if you wanna call it that... Hmm, what else? Oh, right. Deep water. Or being lost. For me, deep water resembles being lost, being unable to save myself, being alone and helpless in a sea of dangers (I can't swim. I suck.) And, umm, clowns. Clowns are undercover pedophiles. Fuck you, clowns. And, yeah. These 3. Yeah, i know i told some of you i am afraid of true love, but not afraid, like, AFRAID. I am not AFRAID of love in THAT way, that's another thing. Just the first 3. And, just so you know, i am NOT, in fact, afraid of dying. I am afraid it will hurt, but not of dying in itself. I am afraid my loved ones will die.
My reaction to a creepy-ass situation: Meh. Okay,, seriously, i am pretty used to freaky situations, i don't make a big deal out of it. Like, lights flickering, photos of bloody dudes with their eyes popped out, a chimpanzee mauling a bitch, a dead kid in the closet, bloody dolls, jumpscares that don't scare me. All that. They don't phase me. Not even actual dead people. You know... I saw some dead people a few times (NOT CREEPY AT ALL). Yeah, i actually did. They are not that scary. They only have pale skin and eyes like a blind guy's, and, yeah, they're cold as fuck, but other than that, they are not SCARY at all. What difference does it make if they have their guts out or not? What difference does it make if they have their head on or not? Blood and gore are not scary, either. Yeah, they stink like Hell, but they are only components of the human body, and i just don't find 'em scary. So, yeah, in a freaky situation, i would keep my head on. I always sorta keep my head on, that's how i am still alive. Kids in my class made a tradition out of trying to scare me on Halloween night, and i have a reputation for never actually BEING scared. Because being afraid is a sensation that occurs when someone is afraid for their lives, and i am not afraid for my life in a room full of dead bodies. Yeah, i'd preffer NOT to be in a room with dead bodies, but whatever.
And, i sorta wanted to give ya this. You have to ask for people's zodiac sign, too, that helps. I'm Gemini. But this thing, down there, will help ya! It's scientifically proved that the zodiacs reveal the outcome of most people in horror stories.
