Your mileage may vary. When I was kid we had high bars in the schoolyard and we used to do all kinds of (amateur level) acrobatic stuff on them, which I couldn't probably do anymore. Pulling yourself up was usually the first move, before you tried to do the other moves.
This is actually the opposite for me. When I was younger, I simply was not strong/athletic enough to do a move like this.
This move is a … morelot more difficult than typical climbing around. She had nothing to help pull herself up; no wall, no tree trunk, no branches, ect. The edge of the ledge she grabbed was also probably difficult to get a good grip on. She had to use pure upper body strength. I realize she doesn't have a lot of weight to pull up, but the move was still impressive. I would venture to say the vast majority of 11 year old girls would not be able to do what Clem did there. And not only did Clem do it, she did it was relative ease.
That vertical jump wasn't too shabby either..
It's actually very easy to explain, Clementine is the personification of perfection so it would easy. The real question is why are you watching it and not playing it? A better question is why are you watching Pewdepie, one of the most annoying obnoxious talentless entitled whiny little shit on the internet?
Don't forget that she had a tree house in her backyard. She probably does have good upper body strength for her age, and as other posters have said, it's much easier to do this kind of stuff when you're little and you have less mass to have to move. Your overall strength isn't as high when you're little, but your strength to weight ratio probably is. The bigger you get, the considerably stronger you have to be to do stuff like this.
Now, even though Clem may be pretty strong for her age, I really doubt she could have gotten Lee into that store. I just chalk it up to a minor plot hole for the sake of telling a good story. Doesn't really matter in the end though.
And BTW, is anyone else more impressed with Clem's vertical in that scene? Little kids are usually good climbers, but jumping straight in the air, with no run up, very little gather, off of a muddy river bank!? If it weren't for the Zombie Apocalypse, I think America was looking at their future High Jump gold medalist! haha

In fact, she was up all night to get lucky.
The spirits of her parents were there to help her in her time of need. Giving her that extra bit of strength to ensure Lee was off the streets.
You have that little scooter thing for overweight people. Why would anyone want to walk?
I was a little surprised too, but it's not like she climbs the Everest. To me, it just shows she is really fit.
