i think since most of those death scenes aren't very detailed (and since most of the deaths are off screen), they haven't really been a big deal. But if she does get beaten up, then it will likely be sown on screen and unavoidable, and the fact that it's shown on screen is what would cause controversy.
Probably not. Failing action sequences can already lead to her getting disemboweled/shot in the head/eaten, and there hasn't been shit stirred about that.

It was some martial arts parody about this guy name Achoo [to who everyone would say 'bless you' every time he introduces himself] he gets trained by a bunch of masters, one being Master Card. Anyway some bad guys are after this eternal youth thing if I remember correctly and his love interest Sushi gets captured and forced to listen to this guy play karaoke really badly. I wish I could remember the title, I really want to watch it again. It was one of these films that was really stupid, but really funny.
