what if luke really did bail on everyone?

and we run into him again and he's with a different group and plays dumb and says he doesnt know you? that would be such a bitch move on his part. and later in the game you have choice to save him or not.
that would make things VERY interesting

thoughts?

    I have a feeling he punked out to and tried to get Kenny to run away with him that's why Kenny told him to take a Hike. Carver also makes reference of Luke being a flake. And theres the time where your on the bridge as soon as he sees the 2 walkers he turns around and tries to run the other way rather than handling them right there. It would be more interesting if by the end of all this we'll have to pick to go with a crazy unhinged Kenny or punk a** Luke.

    If Luke does come back and saves everyone that would just make the choice of Luke or Kenny too easy, I dont think we'll see him until episode 4 after the events at Carver's.

    How did you interpret the scene on the bridge as him trying to run? He pulled out his machete and slowly approached the zombie that was creeping up on him and Clem. He did that to make sure that, if they had to, they could retreat off the bridge on the side they *know* was safe. It was the smart thing to do.

    I'll say this again, I FIRMLY believe Luke is a good, older brother figure to Clem. He will show up. He strikes me as a guy who takes loyalty very seriously, he would never ever do anything douchebaggy. After all, doesn't he say 'It's a tough world out there without people you can trust'?

    I'm a little bit split on this one. Well it does seem like Luke cares about the group and he doesn't seem like the type to ditch his friends, but for some reason I have this feeling that he just left because remember how Carver keeps asking Clem about how much she knows these people and how much should she trust them? I think that's foreshadowing.....

    Clem always kills four walkers total on the bridge (including the one trapped down by Luke) in my game. To Luke's one (the "big one"). Is it always that way? I tried giving Luke the pipe, but he drops it.

    But in honesty I can't see him bailing on them. Luke would try to help them.

    I believe he is a nice guy, he wouldn't have saved Clem just to let her die, btw i found it weird when in ep1 he said to Sarah Carlos wouldn't hurt Carver, why did he protect him? Was he trying to protect him? Makes me think there's a small bond between Carver and Luke but i don't know, maybe is just my imagination

    He genuinely seems like a good guy
    but in the apocalypse the smart option is to
    assume nothing.
    So I won't be surprised but I do hope he comes back, we need more people we can trust and depend on and Luke seems like he could be one. But I'm still skeptical.
