I'm half and half. I helped Sarah with her chores and tried to help Reggie when Carver got pissed at him. I watched ken do what he did to carver and chopped off Sarita's arm.
Many times during the episode, there was the temptation of being hardened and a survivor. During the scene where Clem, Sarah and Reggie are … moredoing chores, I was considering to not helping Sarah with her chores. I was starting to see her as a liability. Near the end of the episode, I had Clem watched Kenny kill Carver, because I want to see him die. Then at the end, I made the choice of chopping off Sarita's hand. I think I have succumb to the hardened survivor mentality by the end.
Yeah, I choped it right off. I was in really blood-thirsty mood at that moment. Those other characters have only one scene cameos, so you did not miss much.
So who chopped off Sarita's arm? I was looking for that option as soon as I saw her hand stuck in the walkers teeth, so as soon as it was av… moreailable - THWACK! :-D
Unfortunately I didn't see any of the other 400 days characters though, as none of them (besides Bonnie of course) went with Tavia in my main save. Hoping they might show up in the 4th or 5th episode in different scenarios, depending on whether they went or not? Would be nice anyways.
I don't understand why they attracted the walker herd.
Bonnie was on their side, she had access to the armory.
She could have handed out empty or rigged magazines to the guards,
and armed Clem's group to the teeth.

Yep, appears that's what it was! Reloaded the save & things seemed to work. Bit of an annoyance, particularly as I was recording for a Let's Play and wasted a bit of time but at least it wasn't game breaking. Thanks for the reply!
its a bit out of discussion, but is there any way to keep Kenny's face in a good shape? I mean, like disagree with Luke about his plan and just lure zombies? Or in this way Bonny wont be at our side?
To avoid casualties. If they would have tried to take over guns blazing then there's no guarantee if they would have survived it so their best bet was to distract Carver's crew with the herd while at the same time using it as cover for an escape. I don't think taking over the community would have been the best idea. The place was a lost cause in my opinion.

Idk I kinda felt bad for Sarah. I mean her dad did die right infront of her. Also she wasn't used to being near one walker let alone being surrounded by damn near thousands of them. RIP Carlos.
1. I hugged Luke
2. RIP Troy =(
3. RIP Carver, I only watched though because I liked the way it looked
4. Sarah was so fucking annoying, I was like "Shut up" lol
5. Hopefully they'll appear in future episodes
Man I was hoping to see Russell, the Vince, Shel and her sister. I wonder what happened to them. Oh also hey guys you know in the picture for episode 4 you can see Clem with blood on her face and figures behind her. Ok look to the right of her and there's one person in a hoodie. You can clearly see some facial features on this particular figure, or i can at least. I think that person might be Eddie. I mean it kinda looks just like him. For those who don't know who Eddie is, play the walking dead 400 days and choose Wyatt's story.
The 400 days characters were a bit of a waste yeah. Speaking of a waste, why did they kill Carver off so early? WHY?! They kept saying how he's going to be this huge bad guy of the season but really all he did was hit a few people, kill a few people, then died. Granted this was not a bad episode, just disappointing. Well here's hoping for the next two.
Maybe I'll get tonns of downwotes, but didn't realy liked this episod. I mean 400 days characters didn't matter like at all. Carver got kil… morelde ALREADY. I have no idea where they're gonna take the story, what will happen next, I doubt anyone will chase them. So there's that, Sarita moment and new girl are awesome though
I actually feel sympathy for Sarah. I mean she's just a little girl. Her mother isn't around, her father is dead ... That's probably not the easiest. Plus, they're living in the darn apocalypse.

Here is what happens if you hit Luke: http://www.youtube.com/ watch?v=WHi3twzAuRQ
Just put Youtube . com before it because it won't show the whole link on this website.
I was also kind of upset at the short storyline of Carver. I hope that perhaps after season 2 is finished, they could make a dlc where we can play as Luke or another character, and play through the groups experience at carvers camp up until their escape. Then the player get a chance to know some of the characters that passed away early on in the game
Little known fact: If you don't restrain Sarita nor decide to help Kenny, Sarita will break free from Carlos' grip and rush towards Kenny, ending up the same way as Clem: With a cut on the right side of her face from being knocked out by Troy.
1 - I hugged him, I'd been doing the whole "Luke won't leave us" line and seeing as how he'd just appeared out of seemingly nowhere it felt a more natural reaction for my version of Clem to have.
2 - I don't like Troy, he may not have deserved that exact death but I didn't like him
3 - My Clem watched Kenny kill Carver and I did for one simple reason, Carver still had his revolver and I had no way of knowing if it was loaded or not. There was no way I was leaving Kenny, in a slightly wounded state in a room with a beaten yet armed man. If that meant I had to endure something unpleasant then so be it, I didn't want to risk hearing a gunshot and Kenny to be injured or dead...or at least that was my in character reasoning (there was no prompt for "Remove Carvers weapon and try and talk Kenny out of killing him/leave")
4 - I felt bad for Sarah, we know she's not been exposed to that and seeing her Dad go like that, he was her anchor point. He sheltered her from the truth a bit too much maybe, but what happened was a tough break - it would be for anyone, not just Sarah.
5 - The 400 days characters were nice to have and in some sense I'd like to see more, or just nods to them. But the 400 days storyline was just a storyline between storylines even if it just serves as a connecting thread I'm fine with that.
All in all I liked this episode and the decisions and choices it presented.
1. I hit Luke, because I guessed it would be a friendly kind of hit.
2. Troy seemed like the kind of guy who's a jerk, but steps up when it counts. Expect for the time when Carver was beating Kenny, and especially when he tried to stop the group from leaving even after Carver was killed. I think he was just misguided, and I didn't hate him.
3. I stayed for two reasons, and neither of them were to watch Carver get brutally murdered by Kenny. I thought it would make Kenny stop, or at least be a little less violent, and I wanted to see just how far Kenny would go. (At least the people he's killing are actually evil this time.) For some reason I regret this choice more then any others in the series so far, and I'm resisting the urge to go back and change it. After I thought about it for a while, it reminded me of episode 2 of season 1, when Lee could kill the St Johns brother who got caught in a bear trap. I didn't kill him, and I guess I think he would Lee would be really disappointed in Clem if he knew she stayed to watch. It makes me feel that Clem is just as bad as Carver, staying to watch.
4. Sarah's Dad is the only person she really trusted, and who really tried to protect her. I'm probably pointing out the obvious, but she's like a more mature version of Duck. She doesn't fully understand the situation, but unlike Duck, can kind of sense just how dire it is, and her only way of coping is knowing that her Dad is there to comfort her.
5. I was hoping Clementine would at least talk to a couple of them. They could have easily put in a cut and past conversation for each character, that would have been enough, and it would have giving a little more depth to the community. Plus I wanted to know if Wyatt felt not finding Eddie, or Russell not finding his grandma. Or something with Vince, and the irony of how he escaped going to prison to end up in a place like that. Hopefully Bonnie will talk a bit about them in the next two episodes.
I agree, Sarah is a good character.
Yes, she can be annoying sometimes, but Clementine also did stupid things back in season 1.
Now, Clementine has been trained to survive the world the way it is. Sarah, on the other hand, just started living in the apocalypse and already lost her only family.
LOL
Sarah all the way. I really think she is going to surprise us any time.

Ending was epic... I love it. Thats EXACTLY why i payed money for. Telltales takes risks killing good characters and bad character - its all fair game.
And players really do not know who is gonna die next. Call me psycho but i enjoyed how Kenny worket the Carver at the end. I wonder how its gonna change Clem. But, seriously Telltale i applaud to you. Good job with episode 3

i replayed tavias scene with them several times to get them to come. only for each except stupid bonnie (no one actually likes her i took advantage of her being a chiken to go meet luke) i really hope they play a larger role in episode 4

Why can't Clem side with Carver? I'd rather be with the psycho who can provide me food, water, electricity, and walls instead of the psycho who wants to lead me outside the fort into the horde of walkers.

- Sarita.
I'm IOS, so I don't have it yet, but I'd chop off her arm.
What could that mean?

Ho-ly Shit.
We're getting into Chuck Norris territory, here.
