It will be most surprising if she is totally okay and has been surviving on her own.
But i really don't know how we will find her.

If it survived Kenny just getting lucky back in that alleyway, it'll survive this.

I actually wouldn't complain too much, considering it's not exactly a hopeless situation for Sarah. With all the commotion going on, the walkers in the hoard may not take too much notice as she slips past. If Clem and the others could start fighting in the middle of it and not get descended upon like they did at the end of episode 3, then Sarah has a good chance.

Looking back at Jobs tweet about ep.4 - Sunshine and Rainbows could mean anything like a choice or something, maybe first letters indicate something, Sunshine - Sarah and Rainbow - Rebecca.

I think we will find her alive but she will be really upset and crying somewhere, hopefully we can talk to her to calm her down and the give her that hug we owe her :D

I think Sarah will be found alive and Sarita will die either way. Just a gut feeling.

Realism? As much as I love it that Kenny is back... the mere fact that Clem met him after two years is pretty damn unrealistic - especially in a ZA.
But I love Kenny so I'm not going to complain :D
