While Kenny was working on his masterplan while on the way to Howe's hardware, I said to myself;

I feel really bad about this one but when Omid and Lee have to jump back onto the moving train and Omid jumps, hits it, and then rolls off. I laugh every single time.
In that same scene, when Lee can choose who to pull onto the train, there was this one video that showed Lee just making them run as he shouted encouragements. He didn't pull anybody up, just.. 'Run!' and 'You can do it!'.
Nick imitating Carlos ('Luke, he's becoming a danger to the group')
When you're stuck in the shed with Nick and you try to talk to him, he'll just stare at you. Repeatedly. Every single time you try to say something.
Luke's line of: "So a dog runs up, bites you and disappears? Just some magical asshole dog in the forest?"
Lee's horrible coordination and the fact that he's always falling or slipping on something when he needs to get away. Get yourself together, Lee.
Nick's impression of Carlos made me laugh.

When clementine goes to Jane while she was trying to sleep, and then Jane gives clementine this "death glare" and then clem had this shocked look. xD That cracked me up.
If you are rude to Reggie when he asks your name, I love the rest of that conversation.

this is still my fav moment from second series. Clementine ignores Luke and takes down the big zombie on the bridge, shocking Luke will lead to a cute high-five you can really see the brother-sister relationship between the two.
