In my first playthrough I want Clem to slap him or throw water to his face, but in my second one I just want Clem to hug him close and cry... After all these shit they're the only thing left to each other then why can't they just treasure it...
Your girlfriend is gone but at least you had her to lose. I never got to see Christa. She could be alive or dead or walker or worse and i don't know! SO GIVE ME A FUCKING BREAK!
I'm glad we could choose this. Kenny really though he was the only one who lost all of his loved ones. Clem had to shoot Lee, see her parent zombified, watch Omid get shot right in front of her and Christa possible getting killed by scavengers. Ben was right when he yelled at Kenny. Atleast he got to say goodbye. He got to say goodbye to Katjaa, Duck and Sarita. Clem only got to say goodbye to Lee. She couldn't say goodbye to her parents, because she weren't there when they got killed. Omid died a few seconds after he got shot, and Clem got separated from Christa without saying anything to her, but only ''Christa RUN!''. Clem is a little 11 year old girl, who can take it, but still be sad. Kenny is an adult, who can't take it, and just be very sad and yell at a 11 year old girl. Kenny should toughen up a little and try to be as tough as Clem.
I'd like to think this is something that's supposed to be something to come back to bite Kenny in the ass. When he killed Larry in that meatlocker, for example, and shooting/leaving that one screaming girl when they were going out to find supplies. But I still wish that he just stopped for a second and thought about the situation with Sarita. Yeah, it's bad, but it's Clem sort of following in his footsteps, no?
I've lost people very close to me, but I've never used that as an excuse to scream at others, lay blame, or say hurtful things. That may be how some people grieve, but not everyone.
I think Kenny reacted this way because he has anger issues already. His coping method is to find blame in others, at least initially.
It would be fitting... especially since, in S1, if you try to get Kenny to stop the train and let him beat you without fighting back, he'll start saying "I hate you, Lee! I f*ing hate you!" no matter how nice you've been to him.
Even if you don't cut off Sarita's arm, he still says her death is your fault!
Not sure about hitting, but an "I hate you!" or [Cry] option would have been very appropriate, Kenny says some unbelievably cruel things, es… morepecially in the arm-chop scenario. She already thinks that Sarita's death was her fault and then Kenny has to go off with that shit. Clementine is tough-as-nails, but I don't anyone could realistically just stand there and take that kind of abuse without lashing out or breaking down.
This episode helped me realize why I always hated Kenny in S1. He becomes a little bitch when you don't side with him or do what he wants. A "hey, don't remember when you did the same thing to Larry?" would have been perfect for me. Karma is a bitch. BTW i chopped her arm and axed her! (glass her lol)

Look, I'm a hardcore Kenny fan, but I told Rebecca he was being a jerk because he was being one! You can't just put that kind of crap on an eleven year old girl! But he's still my man, and he seemed remorseful later...
As awesome as a slap/hit option would be, I'd rather Clem be able to drop an f bomb at an opportune moment. Like, I would've killed to tell … moreboth Luke and Kenny to go fuck themselves this episode.
Eh, calling Kenny an asshole was pretty good, though all you can do to Luke is tell him to shut up, afaik.
Kenny always seems to blame someone else when a loved one dies, but it seems that deep down the one he truly blames is himself.
You'll learn that if you manage to convince him to stop the train instead of beating him. Lee can hit a nerve by saying Kenny blames himself for his family's death.

omgyes. We have to find Christa ASAP.
(well, actually, I think it'd just be ruining the story a little if they found Christa alive, but idk)

My Clem called him an asshole! So I'm okay.

Only larry did have more of a chance, his mouth did move if you tried to save him.
I say we recreated that scene great.

True, but Kenny still killed him to make sure everyone stays safe.
Someone finally stood up to kenny......
HOLY SHIT I NEVER SAW THIS SCENE THE FUCK?
You have to have said "you're alive weather you like it or not" and you had to shoot lee.
Yup
You guys deserve all the likes for that!
You don't have "good reasons" when you snap due to a mental breakdown.
will you people leave kenny alone
Preach it. I wanted Clem to drop F Bombs all around this episode, too.
the "unknown woman" is obviously Holly.
True...True

Yeah sounded like her
