Kenny, the biggest hypocrite ever
Kenny saltlicks Larry to prevent him from turning, even though he wasn´t dead for sure:
"Hey don´t be mad at me, someone here have to have the balls to do the hard thing."
Clementine axes Sarita to prevent her from turning, when everyone including Kenny saw that she was bitten and bleeding from the arm, meaning she wouldn´t make it for sure:
"STUPID FUCKING KID!"
So the "hard thing" is allowed to be done as long as it isn´t YOUR family, right? Seriously, FUCK KENNY.

I'm more pissed that Sarita's trauma is assumed horrible because it 'hurts' Kenny, rather than killing her. If the writers bothered to make us care about her as an entity separate from Kenny, or at least allowed Clem to have a conversation with her that wasn't about him, then I'd be a little more forgiving of how everybody is talking about her boyfriend rather than grieving over her.

Kenny has always been a jerk, did you play season 1? This is nothing new, he has a attitude, you just have to deal with, personally i love Kenny. Even when he is hard to deal with, he reminds me of my best friend in real life, they have basically the same character flaws.
Kenny is the Joel (The Last of Us) of Telltale's TWD, if I may be so bold. And a little coy.

Yeah, when I saw this scene I thought: you deserve that. Of course I liked Sarita but still... Larry could be alive. Sarita couldn't. These were really similiar scenes, especially if Clem said sorry after axing her. And yes, Kenny is the biggest hypocrite ever.

Sarita didn't deserve to 'die' any more than Duck did. Kenny's mindset of the world punishing him for his mistakes by killing his loved ones is a silly one, but apparently easier to deal with than realizing that the world is a chaotic place.
Except Joel was superbly written. Kenny is not.

-Lee can go off on Kenny for murder when he's done it before himself and determinantly does it again 5 mimutes later.
-Clementine can condemn Carver for his actions and leave Sarah to die a day later.
-Alvin seemed really pissed that Nick killed Matthew but we later find out he wasn't a stranger to murder either.
Kenny IS a hypocrite, but so is everyone, or mostly everyone who's lived 2 years in the ZA.
In other words, my only problem with your thread is that it appears to be just another biased one that further proves Kenny's fans point: they might not be the most annoying out there after all.

Even if these are apt comparisons, Kenny is the one who is relentlessly a dick about his shittiness. The guy shows little empathy and remorse. His concept of taking charge is bossing people around, but taking no responsibility. Kenny has been a constant source of toxicity in groups, except, it seemed, when he stayed with 3 doormats. His redemption, in my game, involved him admitting what a dick he was to Ben at least, then getting himself killed. Now Kenny is back, seemingly through magic, doing the same old shit.
My theory is that he came back to become as villainous as Carver.
Kenny Can be a dick but who else isn't? Luke, Larry,Carver,Troy,Lee (determinant) all act like dicks at some point, Kenny lost a loved one and Its pretty realistic to lash out at others like he did so most of you would have done something similar , admit it or not...

True, but for some he had reasons but the "blame Clem when she didn't cut the arm" seemed like Bad writing to me, but you are right he has done LOTS of other things...
We're not discussing how plot convenient Kenny coming back was, or how much of a dick he is. But if you want to talk about assholes, you probably realized Luke started 90% of their arguments in Episode 4. Luke kept getting in Kenny's face and took every available opportunity to do so. Whether it was because of his mental state, his obsession with the baby, or just everything he thought was right for the group. Not to mention, the ONE time Kenny called him out for being a reckless moron Luke goes on to cry because of how shitty his life is. Yeah, because the rest are having a blast.
Let's get back on track. The thread is about picking Kenny out of a huge group and saying "HA! What a hypocrite, fuck you."

See, this seems to be a constant problem with trying to explain why Kenny is disliked: Those who defend him doesn't even acknowledge his actual flaws, compartmentalizes shit, then redirects the criticism to some other character. "But this other character was was also doing this thing that may be bad!"
Kenny is a hypocrite. And yes, fuck him and his hypocrisy. And his bad attitude. And his lack of empathy. And his bossiness. His belittling of everyone. His pettiness and petulance. His selfishness. Fuck him for suggesting to leave a girl to suffer just to scavenge a bit longer. Fuck him for refusing to help rescue Clem. Fuck his hypocrisy.

What the fuck, you're right! Kenny killed Larry when he wasn't sure he was dead, and he wasn't bitten. Clem killed Sarita when she was sure she was dying, bitten and bleeding out, and he said that someone''s gotta do the hard thing.
Kenny will go insane as Lilly almost did, and it will be like this:
1: Kenny lost Sarita, and they're attacked and end up in gunfight with Russians. / Lilly lost Larry, they're attacked and end up in gunfight with bandits and walkers.
2: Kenny and the group gets away / Lilly and the group gets away.
3: Luke will start saying someone caused this (Kenny killed Rebecca/yelling at the russians!!) / Lilly will start saying someone caused this (Ben working with bandits)
4: Kenny gets mad and shoots Luke / Lilly gets mad and shoots Carley/Doug
5: Clem will have the choice to leave Kenny behind!! / Lee will have the choice to leave Lilly behind!!
(If you take Kenny with you this will happen!)
6: You find something you were looking for (Wellington) / You find something awesome (The train)
7: You search the city / You search the train
8: Kenny steals the baby and runs off / Lilly steals the RV and drives off

I think they established that with the Duck thing. Yeah, it's always easy for Kenny to do the hard thing as long as it's not someone he cares about. In his defense, that probably would be hard for anyone.
