I was about to create this thread, But i thought that no one care around here about Robin.
We care, but ... if it was a suicide, I'm not sure.
I loved Mork & Mindy, though.
Yeah, R. I. P., Robin Williams.
From what I heard, he committed suicide, he was battling depression. I had no idea. For someone who always cheered others up and played such comedic roles, who would have saw that coming? I'm gonna miss that guy.
It's a real shock. He was the last person I'd expect to commit suicide.
RIP Robin Williams, EDIT:Holy Crap ,a Suspected Suicide , poor guy.. RIP Robin Williams
R.I.P. - There goes a great man. I remember watching the Jumanji movie over and over again as a little kid. He was great in Night at the Museum too!
Yeah. I hear he was battling depression though.
Thread: Robin Williams' suicide.
How did you feel, when you heard yesterday, that one of the biggest; most funniest comedians of our time, committed suicide?
I was in the bathroom, having just gotten dressed after having showered.
All of a sudden I heard from the living room, on NBC news, that Robin Williams had died!
I walked out and began listening to the report.
My mouth wide open in shock, I just couldn't believe what had happened.
As the report continued, my feeling of shock turned to genuine empathy, for both his family, and for the state of mind Mr Williams was in at the time of his death.
The report stated that Mr Williams had been battling severe depression at the time of his death.
As well as struggling with on and off substance abuse.
Being a recovering alcoholic, I'm all to aware of how hard it is to maintain sobriety, and am also aware of the discouragement that follows with relapsing.
As well as what it's like to battle depression.
So hearing that about Mr Williams allowed me to genuinely empathize with him.
It's such a shame that it came to that.
Even though the world is a lot less funny, now that he's gone, Robin Williams will always be remembered for his ability to make us laugh.
And according to the report, Robin was a very generous, kind man, and hopefully those memories will bring comfort to both his friends and family, during this most difficult time.
( Figured this would give us something different to talk about. And no doubt there are some Robin Williams fans on here.)
I know this is big news and is sad(I loved his movies), but this is off-topic, probably better to put it in the telltaletalk section.
That has nothing to do with The Walking Dead at all but....It's a little depressing.
It was so sudden too, it's a shame. =(
He william'd out like an hero.
It's really sad...he was a genius and an amazing actor.
Oh, and sorry, but this might get moved.
Wasnt the biggest Robin Williams fan, but the world definitely feels like a lesser place without him in it. Sad.
I was sad when I heard about this, I grew up with a lot of films with that guy in it. He just always had that funny sense of humor about him that whenever he was on screen it cheered me up it's a shock to think he's gone.
"What year is it?"

R.I.P Robin Williams I was shocked when I heard it was suicide, I never would have thought
Man, it was so sudden.
I cried all day. Goddamn it. I found out yesterday, but didn't cry at all. But for some reason I cried today..
Yeah its really sad
But this needs to be moved to General Chat.
Thread: Telltale TWD Gamers Remeber Robin Williams
I first saw this great actor in the movie Hook. My favorites were Dead Poets Society and What Dreams May Come. I also like Bicentennial Man. I was really saddened that he took his life because of depression. R.I.P. Robin Williams. :''''(
Yep.. gutted to hear the news, fantastic actor and an amazing man.... will be greatly missed...
I first saw Robin in the movies Jumanji and Flubber when I was little and still love them. It's so sad that a seemingly happy and funny man was suffering so much. Robin Williams is one of my most favorite people ever. He was more than just an actor and comedian.

There is already a thread about it.
I don't know where I saw him first. Could've been Hook, could've been Bicentenial Man, Patch Adams. God only knows. But the one performance where he was cemented in my mind as a great entertainer was in his stand up routines. I remember once trying to ink some pencil line art while listening to his routine and the work took me far longer, because I could not stop laughing all the way through.
What does it matter if it was a suicide?
Fallen but never forsaken.
Yeah it sucks. It hit me right in the childhood.
One of the greats

Everyone should read this post: 5 facts about Robin Williams (Link above). It really shows that not only was he a great actor and entertainer but just a all round great person.
This shows how even the most depressed person in the world can cover it all up with a fake smile and funny jokes. You will be missed Mr. Williams :'c
Suicide hotlines had their second busiest day of the year following the announcement. (The biggest was after Memorial Day.) Well-publicized suicides can push some people over the edge.
You know.... I don't have a lot to say about this... but... to quote Kenny. "You don't just end it cause it's hard. You stick it out, and help the folks you care about."
I can't blame Robin Williams for what he did
But.
At the same time.
I can't forgive him.
Here's another fan art of the Genie
A lot of my early family memories was watching Robin Williams films after dinner with my brother. love his films they always made me laugh. Thank you for bring laugher to the world Robin, we won't forget about you. RIP
I was absolutely stunned! I didn't think he would commit suicide. You see, we don't know what really goes on behind the scenes in people's lives, what they are battling with, etc. Is it just me, or do a lot of comedians suffer from depression? Really really sad. The world has lost a great man.
R.I.P. ROBIN WILLIAMS. One of the best damn actors and comedians this world has or ever will see.
I forgive him, but that don't make it right.
"People like to think it's a muse. IT'S NOT A MUSE!! IT'S A DEMON!! DO IT YOU BASTARD!"
