  • The overall story and characters seem a lot more jumbled. They also didn't give us enough character interaction to care when most of them died.

  • Season 2 wasn't bad but they screwed up on A LOT of things that if fixed could have made it way better , but Again it wasn't bad...

  • How about you give us a proper argumentation? Saying "Season 2 sucks" or something like that without even saying why doesn't help your opinion.

Eh, whatever, I'll just assume you're a troll.

  • I disagree, I think it isn't as good as season one, but it definitely was worth the money and I think they did a fine enough job with it that I was satisfied for the most part with each episode (especially episodes 2 and 4 :3)

[Mod edit: Please do not insult other community members.] This was not a good sequel too season 1 that's a fact , with all the time they had making this game and the time they took releasing each episode , this game could of been much better

  • Telltale still has a chance in the final episode though so you might've wanted to save this thread until after the finale

  • "How about you kiss my ass?" Lol, here we go. Look, kid, if you want to have proper conversations, don't start them with insults.

Again, argumentation, give me arguments to support your points. I agree that Season 2 isn't as good as Season 1, but the rest, I reckon, will go unexplained.

  • There's nothing too point out a blind man can't see , characters sucked , choices didn't mean zilch , the story is shot out , what supports my argument the most is , you don't make a game with over 80 awards for game of the year with a sequel like this ... I'm pissed because season 1 was so good and season 2 didn't live up too it's expectations

  • Guys not every character can have a perfect heroic death. And how come every day i come on theres a new season 2 hate thread?

  • I agree. People should be happy that they're getting content from this series, and getting to see the story progress- and best of all, more Clementine.

  • I agree they still have a chance but I just didn't think they would need a chance after season 1 , they had the story , they had the character , and they brought it nowhere ...

  • I've enjoyed Season 2, sure it was sad to see characters that you love die.... but it is The Walking Dead.

  • I'm assuming you're on the "hating season two" bandwagon, but it's not over yet. Who knows? No Going Back could redeem the season. Just try to be more optimistic about it.

  • There's nothing to point out? I knew you had no arguments, just needed proof. As for your points, characters didn't suck, granted, not all of them had a great share of development, at least later in the game, but they didn't suck. Each was quite fleshed out and interesting. Choices never mattered even in Season 1, if you didn't know. The fact that Telltale received over 80 awards doesn't support your argument, and for Season 2 not living up to your expectations, well, is that Telltale's problem or yours?

  • It's not a bandwagon. It's a critical look at the second season, and recognizing it falls short in every category. I paid my full moneys worth for both games, and can clearly see the difference in quality.

  • In my opinion Season 2 has been great and captivating, I disliked some things that occurred in Season 2, but I only disliked those things because they didn't go how I wanted them to, or they weren't as good as I hoped for them to be. Season 1 is definitely unmatched in my opinion, but Season 2 is in a roster all it's own, it's a great game and I am enjoying playing as Clementine more than I enjoyed playing as Lee. It seems to me that most people dislike Season 2 because it didn't use allot of things that made Season 1 special, if Tell Tale became repetitive in the story elements they used in Season 1, then Season 2 would be too similar to Season 1. People say Season 2 don't have enough character development, in my opinion, they have done good in that department, I felt more captivated by each characters story and it goes to show that since people mourn the deaths of these virtual characters that they had a sufficient amount of character development.

  • Season 2 is like the Jason Bourne series without Matt Damon .... pointless .... ps I bet your one of those people who loved Sarah which also was the worst character in the game , killing her was the only thing they did right with this season , hence making me the devil himself

  • Season 2 BLOWS because they killed off characters that didn't NEED to die and could've made the story better. But what do you expect when you have a shit ton of guys writing 1 damn story? A train wreck, and that's EXACTLY what we got. Telltale's own opinion on deaths not only made it worse, but made me lose hope for the series.

Those who use the "grab popcorn" meme are no less obnoxious than the trolls themselves.

  • I can understand why you would be upset with season two, you must have been hyped for it after playing season one, which is an outstanding game. But it never crossed your mind before the release of All That Remains that maybe season two won't live up to it? Most of the time sequels never out best the original, you had to have known that before playing season two.

  • Really? No hope for season 3 at all? I guess there's no way Telltale can please you anymore, (I've read how you feel about TFTB) unless you're a Game of Thrones fan.

  • I think if Sarah lived and Nick at least had an on-screen death, the story would've have gone better and definitely less fans would be angry about their demise.

No, no hope. Nick and Sarah were my last hope for TWD series. Episode 5 is my last hope for Telltale over all. if this becomes a bad rushed episode, then I'm no longer supporting telltale at all and would rather keep all my money and spend it on good companys who put effort into their games and truly listen to their fans and care for characters.

  • If Sarah and Nicks death where youre last hope for the series then why are you here 3 weeks after episode 4? Just wondering.

  • Nah, not really.

  • Because No Going Back is her last hope for Telltale before she calls quits.

  • Funny enough, but no. I wasn't one of these people. Granted, I wasn't against Sarah, I felt pretty neutral towards her. By the way, why is she the worst character in the game? Just because that's your opinion or it has some factual basis?
