Borderlands
I haven't played the first game so i am just interested does Tales from Bordelands have anything with that are there some previous characters or something? Did you play like these guys here, did you work for the same company.
I started playing it but i didn't like it, all i saw was a gun and shooting at the beginning and it seemed like counter strike, is the whole game like that where you don't even see your character or make any choices? Should i play Borderlands?
I mean i was just following some robot and shooting guys.

You don't need to play Borderlands 1 or 2 to playes the Telltale version. If you don't like them don't play them. And almost all the characters are new.
It os an first person action-rpg game and TT is developing a spin-off in which they utilize the TT gameplay style. The original games are action-rpgs in first person.
You will probably not like what the original games have to offer

Yes, you should definitley play it!
And no, the gameplay is the same as in every Telltale game: exploring, talking, choice making and two neat new features that I won't get into now as they include potential spoilers.
Tales From The Borderlands has nothing in common with the other games other than the artstyle and the humor. And the humor is great.
A very good game, and nothing like the original Borderlands (think of 'The Walking Dead' in funny and crammed with easter eggs and hilarious dialogue).

No, in my opinion not.
They're worth playing if you like first person shooters or open world games.
If you don't, then they aren't worth playing.

Not a fan of just shooting games, i like the story and the talk too.
You can always watch a cutscene/story mashup on YouTube of Borderlands 2 and Borderlands: The Pre Sequel if you'd prefer to just watch the story; no shooting required :P
Hahaha naah. I love PLAYING games not really into watching them although i did watch The Last of Us. I like action shooting, kicking etc. but i don't like if that is all the game is about and i adore that the story adopts my choces.
Borderlands 2 was AMAZING and I just started Pre Sequel and so far its as good if not better. I would personally recommend them, but not if you don't enjoy kickass FPS and open worlds

Nope they're from Gearbox. The story is still pretty strong in those games, more strong than you would normally see in a shooter. Like I said, definitely recommend them
