Is the PS3 version bugged?

I'm having a lot of bugs with my copy of tftb. Characters dialog sometimes hitches and repeats, sometimes textures don't load correctly and look horrible(Vaughn's bike handlebars come to mind, think like in BL when you just started the game and the textures haven't loaded yet) the music from the race loops over other music and over the pause screen and the credits and sometimes characters speak but their mouth doesn't move (and not in the internal monologue way) and the loading screens hitch and appear a lot more frequently compared to the pc version. Do other people have these bugs? Should I uninstall and reupload the game? My version is the spanish PSN one if it helps?

Thanks in advance, and I loved the game, but I would love it a lot more if it wasn't so bugged
