According to Fiona, when he falls blood splatters.
According to him, when he falls, no blood at all.
What's to be believed?
Whoever you want. I think, there was blood but no geyser, of course. There wasn't any head injuries on Rhys, so he didn't hit head TOO hard.
There was a bit of blood coming out the side of his head.

I think it was an in between kind of thing. Head injuries tend to have more blood to gush out, but not as "much" as Fiona had stated.
We'll obviously Fiona is making fun of Rhys , if he fell and there was that much blood Rhys would be a dead Rhys
Somewhere in between, although not nearly as much as Fiona implied! Even small head wounds bleed a lot and tend to look worse than they actually are, but the amount she was describing, his head would have had to completely crack open.
