Yeah it does, I dont know all of it, but going to Hollow Point first will lead to load bot saving Shasha and Fiona and then meetinf Rhys and Vaughn at the garage, going to old haven first leads to escaping Athena and going to garage and having a talk with her and Jamie Springs, then reaching New haven where youll find Rhys and Vaughn already hold up by August
