Loader Bot intact? how?

Sorry if this has been talked about or if I could find this elsewhere. So many threads have spoilers so I am trying to avoid that.

Its been months since I played ep 1....As a random thing I looked at my choices and noticed I chose to make the loader bot self destruct. I dont remember what actually happened during that part though.

The reason I ask is because at the beginning of ep2 its alive and pulls us out of the ending area of ep1. Did my choices somehow not import or does it not get destroyed even if you choose it to be?

    If you make him explode, he comes back but hes not very "clean" and good looking I guess, and he will be mean to you, like throwing you on the ground, and saying things like "Look who needs help again"

    Thanks, already had issues installing ep 2 so I was paranoid. Didnt want to sift spoiler topics to hopefully find this out.
