Possibly BIG Breakthrough for 'Future' Rhys?

So, we've all noticed that when Rhys is struck on his head nice and hard, Jack seems to blip in or out of existance. Like a trigger almost. We've also noticed that Jack makes Rhys' eye glow yellow when he takes him over...

Notice how, in the segments with the kidnapper, every single time Rhys is hit, Jack is NOWHERE to be seen. And his eye is completely yellow. Rhys hasn't told Fiona ANYTHING yet, and Vaughn is nowhere to be seen...

Has Jack taken over Rhys completely already, and is using Rhys' personality as a ruse?
Has Rhys fought back Jack entirely?

    He also has a new robotic arm and I'm guessing Jack enhances his abilities so maybe he's figured out a way to use that as an upgrade.

    If non-flashback Rhys starts saying things like Pumpkin or slipping out Jack-isms, Jack has probably taken over. He has too much ego to pretend to be someone else, though.

    Well, pretend to be someone else for long. He did pretend to be Roland in BL2 iirc.
