Tales from the Borderlands season pass unlocks
i have brought the season pass for tales of the borderlands on Xbox one you are suppose to get items for borderlands pr sequel but i have not received them i have made sure that my shift account is linked and up to date thank you

Have you tried going to Shifty Sheldon's in Concordia? That's where you pick up Shift rewards at.
If the rewards aren't in there, you'll need to contact Gearbox support about it and they should be able to help you out with it. I had issues with Shift rewards not appearing in the past and they fixed it for me pretty quickly!
