Nah he was getting kind of annoying. As I said in another thread, he was becoming like Team Rocket in the Pokemon anime where they just come out of nowhere every 20 minutes just to annoy you or get in the way.
No because I believe in reincarnation. Maybe Vasquez comes back as another henchman to an evil woman but this time it's in the Incan Empire. Or maybe he will be a on the side of good as a disabled Rhode Island policeman.
