I bought the Maliwan car skin and didn't sell out to Scooter, and I had enough to buy two outfit changes. Selling out to him will give you enough for all four outfits, though I'm not sure if there's any way to afford Loaderbot's skin and all of the others' outfits.
Doesn't seem like it'll matter much though, since Loaderboat gets crowbarred apart and Vaughnn might be dead or dying.
