No idea. It's usually available before 4-5 am central time.. and now it's 8:30.. I got fed up with waiting and went to play something else. I'll just check tomorrow morning.
i have the Same issue. It should have been Available Since 12pm but...Yeah.

I am not Telltale staff so i don't know about the technical side of the release but it should hopefully be released at some point today, as Microsoft control their store it could be a technical issue with them so i would recommend that you keep checking their store and hopefully it should release soon.
Ive got the exact same problem. Please fix Telltale!
