Disappointed at the lack of Cloud Backups
I have just formatted my computer and reinstalled Tales of the Borderlands. I had assumed between Steam's and the need to log in to a Telltale Games account there was some form of cloud backup, but when I went to play it everything was blank. Me and my boyfriend were playing together as each character and losing our save file was not fun at all. We probably should have backed it up, but I just can't see what is the point of requiring an account to play if there are no cloud saves.

It isn't required. The point of linking the accounts is to allow you to look at extra choices not seen at the end on this website.
