I found solution for the glitch!
When i complete Episode 2 i choose Jack and played EP3 and game freeze at the same point always so i tried play again Episode 2 but with choose Fiona and then i tried EP3 and woala game not freeze anymore 
i think its problem with a choice.

Well and did you try it? because i yes and it works
I trusted Jack and the episode works well throughout.
This is not a "solution" to the freeze.
And are you playing on console or PC?
I trusted Jack and no problem.
PC.
Anyway, if it were a fix, then I shouldn't have to replay Episode 2 to trust someone else.
