What mission are you stuck on and what does the objective tell you to do? Also, it can be quite confusing at first to get the grip on the game, but once you get the hang of it, things are going to get much easier and you´ll enjoy the game more.
You can say that again. Yesterday I played a little, and when I was trying to sell items for caps 4 Legion Assassins came at me, I got killed twice this time. They are so fucking annoying! If I had my power armor I'd punch a hole in their heads. -.-
the city of New Vegas is still waiting for you
Ah I actually did made it to New Vegas finally! Took a while! When I got to Freeside I thought it was New Vegas so I thought "Wtf is this shit pit?" until I finally found it. lol When the robot security guard came to me and asked for credit, I had no choice but to pay since my science skill is low. So I selected the pay option. It was so painful, that took half my caps! The game got slightly glitch afterwards, the name tags of the robots wouldn't go away until I went through the gate. After going through the gate, I decided to check my pip-boy for my inventory, and one quick glimpse, a smile spread wide with my cheeks. I STILL GOT THE SAME AMOUNT CAPS AND DIDN'T PAY A CENT! HAHAHA! XD
Ah, the good times of playing Fallout NV for the first time, not knowing what the hell you´re doing and fighting all those radscorpions and … morebarkscorpions...
And that mission, Come Fly With Me, so many things to do: at a point I realised that I was tracking Harland´s friend in order for him to leave the room, in order to get the Stealth Boys, in order to get rid of the Nightkin, in order to help Jason with the rocket, in order to have Manny tell me where Benny went... ugh. But well, that´s one of the many things that actually made me enjoy the game so much.
And if you´re at Boulder City, the game has just begun, there are still so many stories to be told, quest that can be done in so many different ways, mysterious plots to be uncovered and the city of New Vegas is still waiting for you and the Mojave Wasteland waiting for you to decide its fate...
On my first playthrough, I sided purely with the Minutemen (aside from the Brotherhood until I got my T-60). It was a bit boring and tedious, but I felt like I had done the right thing. Now, I have conducted a second playthrough, this time siding with the Brotherhood. As cool as seeing Liberty Prime walk once more was, I felt slightly disgusted.
Been on a Fallout 4 binge lately.

As much as they mean well, they've little organisation and can be harmfully fanatical in their devotion to the freedom of synths. The Minutemen are the more moderate, agreeable, and - for a lack of a better term - "sane" of the four factions (Even though it feels like that I have to do everything for them. Seriously, I am not just a General; I am THE General. Should I not be making the decisions instead of running from settlement to settlement like a headless chicken, or is being General the position of a glorified errand boy?).
Speaking of which, has anybody obtained the ending whereby only the institute was destroyed, amd all other three factions are still around?

"Extremism in the pursuit of liberty is no vice! Moderation in the pursuit of justice is no virtue!"
I chose Minutemen / Railroad. After the Institute is destroyed, the Railroad's main mission would be complete. I could either see them turning into a synth advocacy group or an intelligence service foe the Minutemen. Neither of those is bad.
The way I played it, the Railroad and the Minutemen had no Relations aside from the courser chip. Neither did I complete the quest Show No Mercy - after hearing Maxson's atypical dictator's speach, I was out the door with my T-60. Everywhere I have looked on the Internet dictates that it is either the Brotherhood or the Railroad that has to go. Yet, the way I have played it has only the institute destroyed. Odd.

So I made a new character and designed him after Django Freeman from Django Unchained. If my character is black, does that mean both synth Shaun and real Shaun will be black as well? Or do they stay white because of your wife.
Played as the Robert De Niro custom for too long now.
New game! Choose a weapon of whose name you had customised and why in Fallout 4.
I, for one, named my Laser Musket the General Reaper's Yardarm, after my character and the fact that the weapon makes me think of a ship's mast.

Recently, I've visited Sanctuary only to have a settler asking me for help with something as I walk by them. I turn around to speak to them, but all that I can do is trade with them. Later on, settlers grumbled about how they "should've known better than to trust the Minutemen", how they "knew it would end this way." Was zum Teufel?!
I named a combat shotgun, that I modded to be rapid-fire, 'Calamity'. I also named my shock-sword 'Songstress'. Oh and I named my Bat Lucille as a reference to both TWD and 'A Modest Destiny' (It's a stick in AMD, but whatever).

I walked up to my clothing emporium in Sanctuary and asked the shopkeeper how things in town were. He said that there were not enough beds to go around. I think to myself fair enough and open up the workshop to build a few new beds, only to find that they have well and truly enough beds. 19 settlers - including my companions that I had sent there - were living in Sanctuary. I had 44 beds set up on site. How the bloody hell were the people not satisfied with the beds, considering that most in the Commonwealth have to put up with sleeping on floor mattresses (if even that)? They've electricity to all houses, an ample supply of food and water, and a defence system surpased only by the Institute (before I turned it into a crater), the Brotherhood and Diamond City. Heck, they even have a flak tower of sorts outfitted with artillery guns! They have absolutely nothing to rightfully envy!
I swear to God, these settlers are the whiniest bitches in the universe!
A custom-programmed Miss Nanny robot, to be specific, or at least she was formally.
SPOILER AHEAD (although I think that the statute of limitations has well and truly passed for spoilers)
After travelling a bit with Curie and gaining affinity with her, she will reveal that she feels that she is limited in potential and lacks human inspiration in order for her to continue her scientific prerogative. She then requests that she be transferred into a synth's body, since they are the closest she can get to being human.
See, that's because you're spoiling them. I give my settlers the barest minimum they require, sometimes even less than that - slap some beds in existing shacks, plant some tatos if I happen to have any on me, and they're oddly content, at least I haven't heard any of them whining (other than Marcy Long that is, curse her).
But maybe they just don't want to pester the director of the Institute.

Alright, I fished through my saves so that I could finish the game with the Railroad. They are no Minutemen, but their philosophy is agreeable enough, and they are also a vast improvement over the Brotherhood of Steel. Furthermore, I am loving Maxson's threads; the guy knew fashion.

I just downloaded an animu background mod for my Pip-Boy, what's happening to me?

Brotherhood felt like a boring route to me personally as we've seen it happen before, and we know exactly what to expect from these guys.
Making more gifsets "Things couldn't be better, i'm out here with you. What else could I need" gifset
Railroad Master Race
Anyone have a fav villain? Gotta say The Master and Eden take it for me with Mr Burke as a very close third (really wish we got more quests from him)

Elder Maxson is pretty cool villain, yes i just did that.
How do you get the Minutemen/Railroad ending anyway?
If Ulysses counts, then he's my favorite.

PiperFürImmer.
Don't worry. I agree with you at least, for what it's worth,
Legate Lenius for me as my most favourite. That guy was intense.

SPOILERS!!!!!!!
Named one of my Special .50 Caliber's Reba III after the Reba II in the game because Reba II sucks compared to my weapon,
How? Almost everyone here has played it, and the game has been out for a while. Expect to see spoilers on places like this man.
Kinda forget, it was my first play through and I used a guide. You should be able to find one. I did Mass Fusion before defecting though.
I called my instigating combat rifle (2x dam to enemies a full health) Sucker Punch!

Here's a question: What do you guys think would be a good intro song for a Fallout game? For me, I would go with Unforgettable by Nat King Cole.

This one, I'm quite surprised it didn't make it in. Sounds kinda like an ink spots song, same style.

Anyone else think Curie looks disturbingly like Cass from Dragon Age?
Side by side comparison:
Isn't Curie a female medical Mr.Handy? Or Im missing something?

Might just be the hair style and eye colour
