I just found out he can go to Old Haven with Rhys! I'm totally replaying the episode later!!!
Really? He came to Old Haven on my playthrough, but he didn't go in with me, he just helped me pick up pieces of Vasquez afterward.
How exactly does this happen? If you let Athena kill the Atlas guy?
He called me in the episode and that was it
If you let Athena "kill" Cassius. He'll hand over Vaughn to Vallory.
If you agreed with Athena to kill Cassius, he takes Vaughn hostage and gives her over to Vallory in exchange for him being able to walk away alive.
Does Vaughn come with you on the space ship, if he is handed over to Vallory?
No.
