Does every borderlands game intro include someone hitting a skag with a vehicle?

    So far, yes. Assuming all of Tales from the Borderlands has one official "game intro" which is the intro sequence for episode 1.

    Yep. In every game, in the opening scene, a skag will get run over.

    Tales pretty much establishes itself as a Borderlands game with a different tone entirely because someone actually freaks out about hitting the skag, while the other Vault Hunters don't mind roadkilling.
