If you're talking about the cut dialogue I think you are, it actually seems to take place in the past (as in part of the story we're telling… more to The Stranger), and that Felix is actually on Helios, in the jail, after Hyperion captured him. I imagine if they went ahead with it that his appearance would be determinate based on whether you warned him or not.

Spiffy catch phrase aside. If there's one thing Game Theory is good at. It's pulling circumstantial "evidence" out of their ass.
I dont mind gametheory, the shows are great, it just annoys me how fans take it as cannon.
