On this topic in my opinion it depends on the name tbh I think in this case yes their kid would of been bullied over that name and mocked years later in school which the baby has no power or choice over their name.

Seriously though, wtf is wrong with the French courts? They didn't rule against the name because it was trademarked. They ruled against it because the girl might get bullied. Meanwhile, there's a French athlete called "Gaylord Silly." No, I'm not making that up.
