Yes, i definitely agree! The worst thing about this is the fact, that too many spoilers lay around the Internet and we ain't got a chance to play it yet. But i still have hope for today's update.
Sony and Microsoft are the ones who set the dates on their platforms, and they only release a certain amount of games per week, and only on certain days.
I agree that it's annoying system, but it's not Telltale's fault. It would be nice if the big console manufacturers could get with the times and let the developers set their own digital release dates, but it doesn't seem like they're going to lose their antiquated physical media mindset any time soon.
And again no info on EU PSN release =( Telltale why your game releases are always so disorganized? Why can't you wait some extra time untill… more you have solid info from Sony/MS and then release your games worldwide(or at least in all regions except problematic ones like NZ, Australia and Russia)? Why are you in such a hurry? Don't you see you just piss people off with this attitude and all this silence that always follows.

I'm baffled by this radio silence from PS and Telltale re: the PS3 Europe release date. I know there are logistical issues (as stated above) but I think it's a poor show that all other platforms have a confirmed release date of this week, and one of the biggest platforms in one of the biggest areas is left without so much as a clue. Makes the whole business look haphazard and mismanaged.

The only info we got so far from Telltale staff was one message in the support forum instructing to disable firewall and restart the game. Didn't work for anybody as far as I know...
Oh, have you tried checking the Episodes menu in the game and download the episode from there? You don't need to receive an email notification for it to work. I might be wrong but I thought only Mac users couldn't play the game by now.

Spot on mate - people are already annoyed that instead of taking "4-6 weeks" between episodes it has taken Telltale nearly 12 weeks to go from ep 1 to 2. The fact that it now appears no one on earth knows when the game is actually getting released in Europe on the PS3 just compounds this annoyance. If Telltale foresaw problems with the release dates, why didn't they do something about it?!?!

It's gonna get outta hand if they ignore us most of the time... I've been looking forward to playing this tonight to get away from stuff like GTA! I medically need to have a release date confirmed without Sony fucking me over. Telltale, anything you can do? Pressure them? Or is that up to us?
I'm wondering why I can't get over the fact I'm not gonna play it tonight. I can do a thousand things instead. I know why, TellTale made me an addict to their production and now they're refusing to give me my dose, which I need SOOOO BAD!
The problem is that Telltale should had aticipated this (It's not their first PSN title, they know PSN EU use WAY longer than US), and should had started the certifictation prosess with EU WAY sooner....

I guess EU is simply not a priority. Might as well go stick my balls in lava. No one would care it seems.

Episodic system only works if people get to watch/play it within a few days of each other and when set dates have been announced well in advance and constant communication between developer and fanbase. Now I need to take an internet blackout on social media and websites for a whole so I will not get spoiled at all.
Might as well wait until the next season is over and get it on the cheap, that's what I will do next time. Telltale and PS3 EU let down a lot of people today.
