My my my, nemanja_r. You seem to have blasted quite a few butts in this place. I like your style, my friend.
However, the problem with th… moree choice system is that TT has a limited budget. With games like Mass Effect, Fallout New Vegas etc. you have a MASSIVE budget and not only that, you have side-quests a-plenty that give you more of an illusion of your choices having an impact on the ending or the world as a whole. Telltale doesn't have that luxury.
The Walking Dead, The Wolf Among Us, they're a graphically advanced version of a Japanese Visual Novel. But a Visual Novel has more choices and more endings precisely because of its graphically limited nature. Take Katawa Shoujo (one of the more popular VNs out there) for an example. Six girls and each has two endings, and you get one ending for yourself if you chose to pursue none of them.
Telltale gives us one ending because of limitations, but the ride itself is good.
Now, the secon… [view original content]
These are all common things in Telltale games that shouldn't really surprise or bother anybody who plays them at this point.
For the record, TT's said that they do want to implement some more story branching this season, and it kind of shows with all the recent major choices: Your starting point in A House Divided, Alvin and Nick's fates, and probably more into the future. Curiously enough, my complaint this time around is that the less affecting, "social" choices don't seem to have the branching or impact they had on the first Season.
it's not that ridiculous. Memes are jokes. It's like telling a joke so wrong that it loses its fun.
example how misused memes feel to the internet community who likes and uses memes: "A jew, a christian and an atheist enter a pub. The pub was closed."
Was it funny? Maaaaybe, considering they entered a pub that was closed which is impossible. Was it a good joke? No.

I cleaned out the insults from this thread. Please stop from here on out, and just discuss the quality of the game, as the thread intended. Remember, respect is the first rule of the forum guidelines. Everyone has the right to their opinion.

I can see where you're coming from. Imagine if some people were with a completely different group than us, or some people didn't get captured. No one can deny that would be awesome!
Some of these posters here make me laugh, I mean god forbid anyone ever disagrees with the masses. Stoning offence.
That aside, I love both season one and two. Although I do agree some improvements could be made to season two. For example as others have already stated, the hub needs to return.
Also although the graphics have obviously been dramatically improved which is good. I do think it's come at a cost, some may say the cost is too high, as that could be why the hubs have been removed and more cutscenes added. Which many think is a mistake and lessens the enjoyment.
Added to that, I don't think the story itself is as good as season one. I haven't yet been nervous about moving on from a scene, or even emotionally involved like I was during the first season.
Hopefully that will change as the story progresses.
Finally, the release dates of episodes. The constant silent treatment from telltale is unacceptable. It's not expecting much, just to ask for an estimated date of release. Yes they put four to six weeks, or whatever it is on their site. However they rarely keep to this and it's frustrating to everyone. Which is why some on this forum fall to the level of personal insults which is also unacceptable, but I don't just blame the idiots on here who do that sort of thing. I also blame telltale for it, as they are the ones that could stop it in an instant. Simply by giving solid information on their own forum. Instead of all the daft guesswork that goes on around here, which also winds people up.
Don't pay attention to the morons. You're not a troll. If you think the game is getting worse, that's fine because you're entitled to your o… morepinion. I think Season 2 is better than the 1st one but I can see the quality declining now that the worst character in the history of video games has returned. And yes, I'm talking about Kenny.

I completely, 100%, for sure, definitely, disagree. I think it's getting better. I feel like some things in the game have been a bit random but I still enjoy it all. I know it's your opinion but you must be insane to think that it's getting worse.
Why the hell would you want to play a game that has several different outcomes resulting in several different endings, therefore requiring you to play the game countless times to get different endings? You'd get sick of it pretty quickly.
This is about how the story and the choices you make in it affect you. The story HAS to stay consistent, otherwise it would just be a cluttered mess and there'd be no true story.

CRIIIIIIINGEEE
Well hey, you were the one who suggested it. Learn to take up some responsibility.
You made the meme wrong with the bottom line and I'm not good at making memes, so yeah.
Not the weird gifs again...
...yes. Yes to all of it.
I'd be suprised if someone agrees with this thread.

THAT is what i call a long gif battle
Heh

I think it is about the same quality of season 1 but not the same quantity, we get about 2 hours gameplay with each part.

What, you mean like she's a whiny bitch?
No, i mean she is actually a dog, pretending to be a whiny bitch!
A female dog is a bitch btw. Just saying. :P It was a pun. You know like, she's bitching while... being a female dog.
Question
Does the internet communities really care? Sounds pretty damn trivial, even by the webs standards.
And you keep spreading her name, making her more so. I..... ok.
Yeah on Reddit and an app I used call Funny Pics Pro, the people hate wrong use of meme
Well that's just ridiculous.
Yeah I know but it's one of my pet peeves. I just cringe when it happens.

I guess that depends if you like antijokes.
The difference is the wrongly used memes are still applicable and funny.
I have a dog like this girl and this PC in my bedroom... Wait a second!

Okay
Ah dammit @GOUSTTTT and @Gengar, looks like we're in trouble now! xD
.
To call it an improvement over s1 is debatable to say the least good sirs

If he's so bad, why is he alive
You're just pissed that telltale is smart enough to not make Cluke happen.

Don't worry man, at least we only got off with a warning XD
The only thing S2 has been lacking is choices IMO. But that's not that big of deal.
Ummm.... Not.
