  • In wich country? Usa?

It's only 9:30 in the morning, there's still time.

  • They can't release the trailer until they have the release date, right? The release date is shown at the end of the trailer, yeah?

Yeah, they can, you have a point...they can and probably will in next few days, right? Right...?

  • Yeah, in California.

They won't release a trailer if they don't know the exact release date for PS3 and X360.

Why are everyone blaming Sony for telltale not releasing a trailer? There is no way they won't release the trailer first.

  • You've caused me wait, I lost my confidence
You caused me to lose my patience

Pretty many times but hey, I don't have anything else to do. When I'm not playing video games, I come here and respond to people, just to survive the wait. Believe me, I'm not active at the beginning of the wait.

  • Well, it is still early there so there is still high chance of getting a trailer. If not today, it can be thursday and thursday is more likely. I just hope partners be quick with this. Knowing the episode is ready but partners aren't makes me feel angry and sad and even more excited at the same time.

  • Can we stop blaming Sony/ Microsoft and the classification process for it taking so long ? That is the most dumb thing I have heard. If, as others have said, classification always takes 2 weeks than there is ZERO blame that can be put on classification. As always, this is Telltales fault. They need to take responsibility. I don't care if you down vote me, ill take the down votes as a sign I am right, but seriously go through this thought process:

If it always takes the same amount of time to classify the game, Telltale should submit the finished game 2 weeks AHEAD of schedule so that the game comes out on time. If Telltale is behind on actually making the game/ content than there is a much bigger problem. Either way, the long wait is Telltales fault and no others.

I'm afraid Microsoft and Sony is the culprit. Telltale Games must provide a fully functional copy of the episode to them so they can test run the episode on the consoles; bug tracking, and detect major errors that cause instability or crashes. When both partners are ready they contact the developer and agree on release dates. It is altogether nothing Telltale Games can help. If they had sent an early copy to them it would never have been approved because it probably would have been full of errors and a broken story. It seems that you are just impatient and wish they had submitted the episode for review a month ago. Telltale Games probably finished the episode weeks ago. But now Microsoft and Sony have the time in their grasp. And, by the way. When someone vote negatively it usually signify that something is negative. But maybe not in your world. :P

I just don't understand how that makes sense to you? How are you blaming a company that has nothing to do with the game . . .? If the game is full of bugs/ glitches its no ones fault but Telltales. Telltale should be ahead of the game and produce a copy that is bug free before they submit it . . .

Like honestly people, if you truly are over the age of 18 you should be at least intelligent enough to form opinions off of facts.

Trailers are like hot coal, you can't hold them in your hands for too long.

Telltale TRIES to get solid release date confirmation before they release a trailer, but it wouldn't be the first time for them to post a trailer although one of the console partners hasn't yet approved the episode and no release dates can be given.

Yes they will? I had to wain't three weeks after the trailer to play the episode on ps3

How can TT be held responsible for the time THOSE companies take to classify it? As of now the only things that are TT's "fault" is making a bullshit official estimate on when to expect the episodes and to have partnered with Sony and Microsoft, for the nefarious reason of wanting to make more money out of their respective console markets.

    > "Telltale should submit the finished game 2 weeks AHEAD of schedule so that the game comes out on time."
And, as said by a TT employe, possibly lose their audience if said content is a steaming pile of rushed shit. As I said, they are guilty of not taking the cert time under consideration when giving the estimates, but how can the current delay be put on TT's shoulders?

Sony and Microsoft are directly affecting the wait right now, not TT.
