Sarah Will Be Our Judge

edited May 2014 in The Walking Dead
Similar to how The Stranger judged Lee at the end of episode 5, I feel that Sarah will be the one who remembers everything.

"My dad told me you were not to be trusted, but you said we could be friends! I gave you the benefit of the doubt, but some friend you turned out to be!"

"You blamed me for the photo in the cabin!"

"You let me take the blame for the greenhouse chores!"

"When my dad died, you didn't even let me grieve! You just said to shut up/get ahold of myself!"

Seems possible, don't you think?

  • I could see her looking for someone to blame for her fathers death in anger/depression.
  • Nah I'm pretty positive she's going to die. Problably Clem will find her in episode 4, have a moment so we start feeling sorry for Sarah, and then they kill her off. It's TTG after all.
  • Like the stranger I'd just flip her off and tell her to grow up. I've been loyal to her when it mattered if she does a Kenny on me I'll toss her aside.
  • I don't think Sarah is a evil person. I think she will be extremely sad/lonely but she wouldn't hurt someone. She is harmless.

The last thing she says in her and Clem's conversation in the green house, might foreshadow her doing the opposite, because her dad's death was her last straw, so in a sense it would be like her losing herself and her way of thinking and feeling previously, before Carlos kicked the bucket.

I didn't write what Sarah said before editing this because I didn't know if it would piss people off for being a spoiler, but it's on Sarah's wiki so I guess I can write it, I hope, don't yell at me XD when Sarah said "even when I'm really mad, I still don't want to hurt anyone"
  • Never know right, I don't think she would hurt Clementine. Clementine is the only other person other than her dad looking that was out for her.

  • I don't think she would hurt Clementine either, in fact I think Sarah might look to Clem for comfort, but who knows. Maybe it's just a foreshadow of her losing herself and previous values and ways, excluding the hurting anyone part. I don't think Sarah could ever be harmful to anyone or anything, she's too sweet, however I think she's meant to be underestimated, for the purpose of her surprising us all because we all think she doesn't have it in her to do anything.

  • I agree, i hope the writers just keep her that sweet kid we love.

  • I hope so too, especially since I've just started to love her so much, even though she's not as young as Clem I still feel that motherly instinct towards Sarah.

  • I think we'll end up having to choose either to help Sarah at the expense of the group's safety, showing mercy and kindness, or get rid of Sarah for the better of the group's safety, showing force of will and decisiveness. Everything Carver said to her, and everything Lee said to her, will culminate in how Clementine handles the issue of mercy and helping the weak over helping the majority and staying strong.
  • If she does that then i hope i have the option to put a bullet in her. Clem doesn't deal with immature shit.
  • You'd kill an innocent girl after she lost her father just because she might blame you out of anger?

  • That would be quite cool considering what she said something like "even when I'm angry I don't want to hurt anyone" plot twist foreshadowing
  • I didn't think much of her honestly until Episode 3. When she got by hit Carlos my emotional wall came down.

I hope so too, especially since I've just started to love her so much, even though she's not as young as Clem I still feel that motherly instinct towards Sarah.

  • When she got hit by Carlos I was so upset, and even more upset that she was then left there sitting on the floor and no one even helped the poor kid up.

I wouldn't pay a great deal of attention to what Clem_is_awesome has to say, something I learned from personal experience.

    He is a homophobic twat.

That scene was probably the most upsetting scene for me in the entire Season for me. Hits too close to home you know. I had to take a break from the game after that.

  • Holy shit talk about spreading lies. Where did you come up with that? i have some gay friends and i'm completely cool with them, in fact i'm going out in a while with one of them to have some food and talk about whatever.

:( No child ever deserves to be hit, but the reaction from Sarah upon getting hit just makes it that much more heart breaking. She's so sweet and gentle, she just wanted to know how her friend slept, and she gets knocked on her ass for it. I don't care if it would have meant me getting beat for standing up for her, I would not have let her be hit, nor would I have let Clem be hit.

  • Homophonic? "Related to homophony: relating to part music in which the parts move together in simple harmonization".

  • START feeling sorry for Sarah? You don't already? I feel like I'm the only one who really, really wants Sarah to live and get brought up by Clementine.

I saw someone the other day with an identical username to you posting homophobic remarks in another thread. Either it was you or a troll made a username that was indistinguishable from yours.

  • I dont think homosexuality has anything to do with music.

If it wasn't you then I apologise for saying what I did, but this username was from appearances identical to yours.

  • Yeah i think the worst part of it for me was when she didn't really understand why. That is how kids feel they don't really understand, they don't have the mental strength to understand the why.

  • I thought I saw you ranting on about how bad you hate gays or something back in that thread about nick being gay?

  • Something might happen that'll make her change. Look at how shaken up Luke was just from being a lone for such a short time. Also, Carlos did say that if Sarah found out what the world was like she would 'cease to function.' Im also pretty sure se's never been apart from her Dad for more then a few days, and was very reliant on him. Plus one of the last things Carlos did was hit her, and he never had a chance to comfort her after. That could have done some serious mental damage. I have a feeling that the next time Clem meets her, something inside her would have changed.

  • Wow.

Minus any shred of respect I may have had for you.

I thought I saw you ranting on about how bad you hate gays or something back in that thread about nick being gay?

  • " Seems possible, don't you think? "

    Lee: " Heh, No! "
  • And Clem aint no wang muncher man. Is the thread still up? If so, could you link it to me, I need a good laugh at some of the comments there.

  • I wonder what will happen to Sarah, i hope she can find someone that will take care of her but its hard for me to believe in happy endings.

Especially Sarah, with her intentions being so innocent.

  • I can't, really. I'd think that she'd blame herself. When Carlos slapped her, she was scared or Carlos, then you have the option to say "Carver made him do it" then she realizes it.

I could see her looking for someone to blame for her fathers death in anger/depression.
