Write your own plot twist in this thread right here, they can be serious or funny. I'll start it off.
Plot twist: Sarah knows what she's doing and is just playing dumb, she was actually trying to take out Clementine when she pointed the gun at her.
Plot twist: Kenny's beard isn't real and he'll reveal this in episode 5.
Plot twist: Sarita has regenerative powers that allow her limbs to grow back.

Plot twist: they are all zombies, but doesn't know and thats why they are killing each other

Carver was Lee's evil twin who was resurected by a banana cult ,and changed his appearence with plastic surgery..
Troy was a supernatural secret agent who had to kill Carver and stop the banana cult, once Carver was killed he had to return to the spirit world so he made Jane kill him.(Just joking obviously,but #2 is serious)
Plot twist 2:
Everyone is a patient in a psicologycal institution, and everything happens in their minds ,when they die they actually are healed from their mental illnes,Kenny apparently had a relapse.
Plot Twist: The group finds a boat that works, but Kenny wants it all for himself and Clementine.
Plot Twist: Carver is Luke's father.
Plot Twist: Walkers are just very good actors giving an Oscar worthy performance and risking their life for the role.
Plot Twist: Clem was high on meth this whole time and in episode 5 she wakes up on her matress in a back alley and remembers she is a 89 year old man who is a meth head
At the end of Season 2, you wake up in the car crash during A New Day, with medics helping Lee to get out of the wreck

And on a serious note, he finds an empty can of peaches next to him at the end.
Bigger plot twist: everyone lives.
clementine falls unconscious, she awakes tup in a hospital. everyone is alive. her parents, lee, duck katjaa, ben lilly, larry, doug, carly, carlos everyone.
your choice out throu the game leads up who will like you or not. you get to go home and tell clem's parents what you can do, and a possibility clem ends in a mental hospital because no one believes she can do those things.
Plot Twist: the ep4 slide is actually a school play in Wellington.
How about LUKE is Carver's father???

yeah that would work.
but a teacher who put the play together is realistically behind the curtains watching or seating with the crowd watching, because they watch the students and grade them so they have to see whats going on.
Plot Twist: Sarita's dead.

Plot twist: The S2 group meets the 400 days group, and if Becca came, she would talk about her old group. Kenny and Clem will realize its "The cancer surivors and Vernon.

Plot Twist: Everybody including Clem dies in Episode 5. Then the camera pans out and reveals the whole cast in an audience watching a film. The film is the best picture winner of the year and winner of 12 Oscars. Chuck Norris is the director.

As everyone is celebrating the movie's premiere, the theatre is overrun by real zombies. The End.

Plot Twist:
Tavia's the actual antagonist and Carver was a puppet ruler set up for the masses (as she knew his gruff voice and sadism would force people to follow). Now she's hunting Clem and co. to get revenge for having her setup ruined.
Plot Twist: Clementine is in fact the girl on the can of beans / peaches but she got so upset people making fun of her she made Sam the dog bite people to spread a virus xD i love clem.

Plot Twist :Sarita was always on Kenny's imagination but everyone acted as if she was real just for Kenny not feeling depressed.
