[Hit Kenny]
Is anyone else wondering what might have happened if Telltale had given us this option after Kenny made the "getting people killed" comment to Clem? The evil little demon inside me sure does.

It should have been an option, after the number or dumbass moves he has made to get people killed through both seasons.
If you chopped her arm off you kinda killed Sarita. I still think he's being a harsh fuckprick for talking to Clem like that though.
[Slap Kenny] sounds better.
"FUCK YOU, KENNY!"
Careful guys.
I wanted to hit him or call him out so bad but all I got to do was tell the others that he's a jerk. Fuck I better be able to pay him back next episode for that bullshit. Seeing Kenny suffer is all I care about in episode 5.
(Hit Kenny)
(Slap Luke_the_fluke)
No, let them.
Now that's fucking harsh he lost his whole family, and now you just want him to suffer even more, Now that's cold...
When he's in the tent, you can yell at him and tell him that Clem shot Lee, after that she calls him an asshole for acting he's the only one who lost people.
The way Kenny said " That's NOT how it WORKS!" is pretty funny to me at least.
"How fucking DARE you, Clementine!"
And its not at all harsh to tell a little girl who has gone through just as much, if not more, suffering, that someone's horrible death was all her fault? Though I agree that wishing horrible suffering upon Kenny is a bit too much.
I understand, Don't get me wrong I LOVE CLEM but Kenny has gone through WAY more than she has, and he was starting to crack at that moment, it was harsh but it was also understandable, it's a common thing for people to lash out on others that were trying to help
I called him an asshole in my playthrough, i guess that's close enough :P
In my mind, Kenny wasn't in the right mental state for that... It would have been a SERIOUS mistake. I'm thinking he would have given you a Carver beatdown, Clementine or not, at that point he had completely lost it.
Eh, I'd argue that Clem's had it much worse. She's a child, meaning she would have a much more difficult time surviving and coping with the horrible state of the world. She lost three parental figures within the span of a few months (Lee, Omid, and Christa), and has to live with the guilt that they were partly her fault. She survived for months holding out hope that her parents were alive, only to find their undead corpses. She befriended far more people than Kenny, leading to far more tragic losses for her (Clem can form a connection with Duck, Ben, Sarah, Alvin, Nick, Pete, and Rebecca, and they all die). Oh, and she has to stich up her own damn arm.
Not to say that Kenny hasn't suffered. But for him to act so self-absorbed and act like he's the only one who's lost people is incredibly annoying
Well, if you play "I ain't takin yo shit today Kenny" Clementine in the tent, you get to really tell him off.
Clementine : There are people out there who NEED you and you're sitting in here feeling sorry for your self!
Kenny : Feeling sorry for my self? Is that what you think this is?
Clementine : I had to shoot Lee....so don't pretend like you're the only one whose lost people!
Kenny : I don't need to take this....gets up and leaves
Best thing ever. Kenny is one of my favorite characters but boy did it feel good to be able to tell him off like that.
Good Point, but the main thing I was trying to say in the first place was that "Seeing Kenny suffer is all I care about in episode 5." Is pretty harsh.
Kenny deserved that, if i'm honest.
*Kenny will kill you for that
How has Kenny gone through way more? Clem saw her parents' walkers right in front of her and knows they're probably still out there wandering around as monsters, had to either shoot Lee in the head or leave him to become another walker, saw Omid get shot right in front of her with her own gun, was forced to kill a fucking dog, lost several very close friends, many of whom died right in front of her very eyes AND she's only a kid, so take how all that would affect an adult and amplify it a shitload. Kenny on the other hand? Katjaa died from a shot to the head, she won't reanimate and he got to spend time with her right until the end. Duck being left to turn is pretty harsh, Kenny having to shoot him is pretty harsh but Lee can even shoot Duck for Kenny, which he did in my playthrough. And again Kenny got to spend time with him until the end. Other than that all he's really had is Sarita dying and some friends dying, most of whom didn't even die in front of him. How the hell is that going through way more than Clem? Kenny should suck it the fuck up, but he didn't, he blamed a little girl for trying to help. It's not harsh. Clem is supposed to be his family, he said it himself to Lee in my playthrough. Anyone who does permanent psychological damage to their supposed family like that, just because they're being selfish and fucking stupid over something bad that's happened, can rot. I love Clem too and anyone who treats her like that can die a horrible death, that traitor asshole Kenny especially, for acting like he was going to always be there for Clem on behalf of his friend Lee.
Then Luke or Mike would have shot him, and Kenny would go down in history as the douchiest redneck since Joseph McCarthy.
Lol.
Yeah, no one really deserves an episode dedicated to their horrible suffering :P
Wow, I actually didn't remember all that. I felt bad for getting Sarita killed and felt like Kenny had some sort of right to lash out at Clem, but remembering everything he did at Season 1, and how he didn't even bother to help Lee go look for Clem in ep. 5 - Fuck that guy, now I'm actually a bit mad at him for saying all the things he did to Clem, especially the "you think just because you're a little girl you can get people killed and no one will care?" part. What a major dickhead.
[Keep Hitting Kenny]
As awesome as a slap/hit option would be, I'd rather Clem be able to drop an f bomb at an opportune moment. Like, I would've killed to tell both Luke and Kenny to go fuck themselves this episode.
Eh, calling Kenny an asshole was pretty good, though all you can do to Luke is tell him to shut up, afaik.
Yeah, I dislike Kenny as much as you lapiswolf, but we don't need to wish Kenny horrible suffering. I'd be happy if he'd just finally died.
Kenny is the kind of person who'd wish horrible suffering on people he disliked, don't sink to his level! You're better than that!
I'm happy I was in the... 14% of people that didn't chop her arm off. At least she doesn't die immediately. I thought I made the wrong choice my I'm happy I did what I did in episode 3
"Kenny couldn't pull that shit on me."
Where's Christa when you need her?
Speaking of which, I kinda wish Ben was still around so he could them to go fuck themselves.
I need to see a vid of that lol
Yeah,He can be a asshole at times, but that dosnt necessarily mean he's completely bad, He's just been changed, he's a victim like Clem, but is different in a good and bad way...
I'll see if i could upload, no promises though :P
EDIT: uploading now, might take a few minutes tho :P
OMG, Christa would cut through so much of Kenny and Luke's bullshit so fast. Ugh, I miss her. Ben's rant is still the stuff of legend too.
Arguably, yeah; she would've died either way, though. Sarita even says it to Clementine herself; she's bitten. She's dead. And the only way for their to be even the SLIGHTEST chance of her surviving is to chop her arm off.
You're assuming he's been through more then? All we know is he was holed up, found by Sarita and then later found Matthew and Walter. Until we're told otherwise, we have no reason to believe he's been through more than Clem during that gap.
I wouldn't be so fast to bet your life because I'd sooner die than be the kind of person to snap at a girl who was supposedly family to me for... killing a walker that was biting someone. And especially the words he used. That's the important part.
It would be relief for Clem at this point. She can't suffer any more. She just saw what could've easily been herself under different circumstances get killed by walkers and now all she's got left is the traitorous Kenny, horny Luke who doesn't care his best friend died, a baby that's fucked because it's the ZA, Carver fangirl Bonnie who is partly to blame for the group getting captured and Mike who she has no bond with whatsoever and who would've dropped her to her death if she hadn't grabbed the ladder in time. She has no reason to feel compassionate any more, everyone she loves just dies leaving selfish pricks behind, all she's got is her hate.
Eh, it's subjective, is there really anything wrong with wishing a horrible asshole who's made people suffer gets a taste of his own medicine? What if it was Carver? Under different circumstances where no little girls would be watching, it wouldn't be delaying the escape, he could just have the shitty death he deserved.
"Fuck you, Bigby!"
