  • I like thief (2014) and Sonic 06 despite all they're issues

  • It depends what I'm looking for.

Nas' production (at least early on) and his wordplay has always been slick.. But at the same time, he's dropped as many turds as gems.

Biggie's storytelling ability was phenomenal and I liked how he could go from poppy braggadocio in one song to smoked-out murder raps in the next.

So I'd say: I like Biggie slightly more than Nas, but Illmatic better than Ready to Die.

What are you favorite Nas and Biggie songs? Mine are The World Is Yours' and a tie between Kick In The Door and Warning.

This so much. I was never traumatized the so called 'downvote abuse' people used to bitch about. I liked being able to express my disgust at a post without dignifying it with a response.

  • Apparently some people "were afraid" or "felt threatened" to post their opinions in case people disagreed with them.

Being able to handle disagreement and argument is something anyone visiting a public space should be able to do. But, alas.

Hell yea it was a mistake. Why was it removed again? Because people got butthurt or some shit? C'mon man it's just a button!!!! It's not like people who downvote you want you to burn in hell or something.

  • Yeah, it's been a really long while.

My thread concerning the return of downvotes I can't believe this was almost a year ago. And the vast majority voted for them back as well.

  • I don't really like The Wolf Among Us. It was kind of "meh" for me.

  • Thief was so fun to play. Despite its bugs/glitchs, it was good.

I think Fallout 3 is better than New Vegas NO YOR RONG. Lol I'm just kidding. How's that unpopular though? A large majority of people I've seen say it's the best.

That's not sexism, that's exactly what equality is. I'd never try to hurt anybody, but if I was attacked, I'd sure as hell defend myself. If you're planning to hurt others, you'd have to be pretty stupid to assume they wont do anything to protect them self.

    I couldn't agree more.

  • I agree. Not hating your body is good, but it's important to know if your habits are healthy or not, so that you can make an informed decision about your lifestyle.

I don't like to judge feminism itself, but rather the individual feminist and their actions. I've seen a lot of feminists who will just deny that sexism against men exist and place their needs over those of others. People like Anita Sarkeesian.

I've looked into this, and it's important to know that paying a woman less for the same job is illegal. Women on average earn less than men because women make up less of the workforce in the U.S, and are simply not working as much as men.

    • yeah i am not saying people should hate themselves or be ashamed of how they look, but i think these kind of "love your body" campaigns make out as if you should not worry about it, and that being overweight is just a perception problem not the health problem of the overweight person.

    • that is why i said modern feminism maybe i should have said third wave feminism, because i really do think equality is important, but i could never associate myself with modern feminism or MRA because they claim they want equality but don't care about the gender/sex that isn't associated with them and don't want to address the faults of their own gender/sex , and that isn't equality.

    • yeah, the wage gap has nothing to do with men and women doing the same job and being paid different amounts, as you said that is illegal, it is all about the hours and the careers that women choose to work.

American Exceptionalism is a load of horseshit.

Nationalism is dangerous. There are those who are proud of their country, and then there are those who rub into others faces how superior their nation supposedly is (I personally know a few like this) and then there are fanatics (e.g. the former NSDAP, former communist regimes in Asia and East Europe and pretty much every empire in hostory).

  • That the term meninist is a parody of the term feminist, it doesn't make sense without it being a prior term. If a person is truly interested in advocating for male rights they don't go by a title that aims only to poke fun at feminism. The difference is that one group doesn't care and thinks it's all a joke, while the other group has taken notice of the judicial and sociological problems that plague the male sex.

I've seen this said a lot.. and it still doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me. I don't think it makes sense to look at this situation in such a black and white sort of way when guys are generally much stronger. To put it in perspective, imagine getting punched by a ten year old. Would you really, truthfully, feel justified in flooring the kid and then being all like "equality, bitch!"

I'm assuming you wouldn't, and the same idea pertains to punching a girl who is potentially much weaker, and more likely to get hurt. If she isn't a legitimate threat, then you're just being a dick. Not that you should just have to put up with the abuse or anything, there are simply better options at your disposal.

Well it certainly isn't equality for it to be socially acceptable for women to hit men, but not be socially acceptable for men to hit women. You can't take what you like about equality and leave out what doesn't appeal to you. If you give out shit, people will give you shit back.

Though to clarify, I referring to the notion that America is a nation blessed by God to be better than everyone else. It's pure folly. Whether America was made by it's people, both those who were exceptionally good and exceptionally bad. Unfortunately, American education has its ways of absolving the sins of the bad ones.
