Also, when you pull it out, it makes a "woookish" sound just like Rhysquez made when he pulls out the twin finger pistols

You beat me to posting my own tweet. I asked if he voiced Dumpy, because after hearing that video, I thought it sounded like him. Nick Herman tweeted us both and said it was in fact him. So Nick Herman is confirmed Dumpy.

I think I agree with him on the 'favorite line'.
If you had described that scene without the dialogue/delivery, I would have probably dismissed it as purile, but OMG that scene was hilarious.
