I stumbled upon it randomly "This is what heaven looks like!" I modded the hell out of my Power Armour when I found this lot. I've been playing too much, Oh well!
Just completed the game (Steam says it took me 43 hours to get through the main quest, I just kept getting distracted) for the Minutemen. I was pretty underwhelmed by the story. So, for shits and giggles, I'm gonna take over the entire Commonwealth for the Minutemen. Yeah, for me the War didn't end when I defeated the Institute. I'm gonna end it now, by disposing of everyone who threatens the security of my new Commonwealth.
I started with Virgil, out in the Glowing Sea. I got him that thing he wanted, yeah, and it worked great. But I put a .44 slug in his brain the moment the conversation ended. Institute war criminal. He can't be allowed to continue... whatever it is he's doing out there.
Afterward I walked into the Railroad's HQ and wiped it clean of life. Desdemona, Glory, Deacon, all gone. Didn't leave a single survivor. They've been operating under the radar for far too long. Leaving them intact, with their intimate knowledge of espionage and guerrilla warfare, was not an option. I have nothing against Synths but I couldn't risk these radicals destabilizing my New Order.
Assaulted the Brotherhood at Boston Airport but only managed to inflict light casualties before they drove me off. I suspected I would have to handle them in a different way than the Railroad but this confirms it. They began assaulting a few of the Minutemen outposts in retaliation, so the war is really on now. I can't let their zealous xenophobia and bigotry continue any longer, and they have become the most technologically advanced faction int he region now. They've got to go.
And that's where I'm at now. Devising a strategy with Preston to eliminate the Brotherhood permanently. Afterward I'll have pretty much won the war, and can commence with the trials and sentencing of those who have been aiding the enemy or have failed in their duties. A certain farm that's been providing the Brotherhood much needed supplies will need to be dealt with for collaborating with an invading force. Also remaining is the sentencing of one Preston Garvey, who has demonstrated cowardice, a severe lack of initiative, dereliction of duty, and theft from his fellow Minutemen. He can no longer hide behind his Essential status (Mods are a helluva thing) and will be executed for his crimes. And it doesn't end there, oh no... I'm making the Commonwealth great again. It will be a glorious new order.
I didn't need to tape it to my face, my patriotic love for pure, undiluted freedom and justice just caused it to grow as I was cleansing the Commonwealth of its undesirable elements.

Because we good guys can do stuff like that.
So in Fallout 4, on my first playthrough, I met Father and I bashed his head in the moment I saw him. I think I kept getting killed after that, so I was like "Fuck it, I'll see what he has to say."
I felt a little bit bad after I realized who he was.
I'm really enjoying Fallout 4 thus far. I really don't get why everyone is so negative towards it. Yeah, it did dumb things down a bit in comparison to Fallout 3 but so did Skyrim from Oblivion (even more-so actually) and that game got high critical acclaim. I guess many people started with Skyrim first but I considered Skyrim a far bigger downgrade from Oblivion than Fallout 4 was to Fallout 3.
I did. The "Man of Steel" part was a dead giveaway.
But hey, that's the price I pay for liberating the Commonwealth from the tyrannical invaders and subversive radicals. And Preston.
I've decided to go back and play some of the older Fallouts starting with 2 and its amazing. I've become a pornstar, had my ear chewed off in a boxing match, slept with a mob boss's wife and daughter and grown a sixth toe because of too much radiation. If you haven't played it I'd definitely recommend it, it's so much fun.

I do love the new features that have been given to the game. I love that you can modify and build a whole new weapon. And how power armors are walking tanks now. And most of the new companions are nice and interesting enough.
I just didn't enjoy the dialogue system and there isn't any other solution to a quest, except killing people. I wanted to build a character that is able to solve people's problems with his Intelligence and wits.

That's one thing I'm particularly angry about. You see people whining about how Fallout 4 is completely dumbed down and stupid, but then the same people praise Skyrim.

"I am the type o' guy that likes to roam around
I'm never in one place, I roam from town to town
'Cause I'm a wanderer. I roam around, around, around..."
I have completed the quest Here Be The Monsters and used up all of my nuclear missle homing beacon thingys, yet Mao with the Yangtze still remains in the harbour. Does Mao ever leave? Just curious.
Just started playing the game. Damn. I knew what would happen right off the bat, but seeing it happen right in front of me was horrible and I almost cried. ;A;
I've never played a Fallout game before, so, please peeps, I'm open to advice and tips!
In Skyrim's defense, the Elder Scroll has always been relatively combat-oriented. So the streamlining and the downgrade made it much more accessible for a wider group of players and didn't hurt the game that much, except for the hardcore fans who has played the older games.
In Fallout's case, this game has never been just combat-oriented. In past games, you could have played a protagonist who preferred to solve his problems with his wits and minds. There were a lot more solution to a quest besides shooting your way out. So this time, streamlining and downgrade actually hurt the game for players who are fans of the Fallout series. Especially since this game came out after Fallout New Vegas, who has a stronger and better balance with combat and dialogues.

No, the location is called 'MAHKRA FISHPACKING' 80+ Trays each containing (3) aluminium. Return after 3 days and they'll refresh and appear again.
That's like a motherload dude. Thanks for the help.

Also, if you need adhesive, try making vegetable starch at a cooking station

Now all you need is to rename yourself Man of Steel, tape a yard brush to your lip and boom!
I just made this gif. My Character too obvs. - Once it's fully loaded it works fine.
I've no problem looking for adhesive. Duct Tape is friggin everywhere in this game.
Thanks anyways.

In case you didn't get it, I was comparing you to Josef Stalin.
He looks ready to fuck shit up!

Lay it off Preston. He is actually the brains of the organisation, keeps things organised.
Anyone hear about Ol Peg the great ghoul whale? me thinks DLC

Lolwut?Is that even Fallout?
Yep. Fallout had a pretty zany sense of humor back in the day. Since FO3 the humor tends to be darker. Both approaches have their merits.
Y'know what?I suddenly feel the urge to try the older games, thank you
I think i'll never finish this game at this rate.
¿Poe que?
Cuz everytime i start playing i start wandering around aimlessly and i don't progress at the main story.
I am glad that you are enjoying it!

So I tried my best making a Bigby Wolf character
Went 100% into strength and endurance, and my plan is to kill everyone with only my fist.
Just what the fuck happened to your wife?
I wanted to see what horrible monster Shaun would become
The result?
I dont know yet, I just started this Bigby play through, Ill keep y'all update though
Please do.

You guys find the radolphins?
All of this.
I have completed the quest Here Be The Monsters and used up all of my nuclear missle homing beacon thingys, yet Mao with the Yangtze still remains in the harbour. Does Mao ever leave? Just curious.
Well, the fun of Fallout is hardly just with the main story. The REAL fun is dicking around.
He's not Mao! And no he doesn't.
Still one of my favorite quests, especially for the soldier Sole Survivor.
