Has it occurred to anyone that Penguin somehow managed to get inside of the police station, and get the Children of Arkham into the debate? I'm beginning to think that there's a mole within the GCPD. And my suspects are Harvey Bullock, the current commissioner, and the guy that shot Batman in the start of Episode 1.
Yeah I flubbed that QTE and was kind of shocked. But also glad that it seems like they took some criticism on there not being any real fail conditions in the combat of episode 1. Not that I want to die or anything, but a bit of consequence for not being sharp was nice.
When confronting Penguin at the Skyline Club, when you get the QTE to start a fight with BlockBuster, if you fail the first bit, BB picks up… more Batman by his head and crushes it.
Also, throughout the episode, (and I think in previous Telltale series) on PlayStation, the circle button can sometimes be a universal QTE button, even for the arrow movements. I mostly noticed this in the bar fight scene, where as I kept pressing the circle button, the game would recognise it as "correct", with a few exceptions where you needed the right button.
EDIT: Also, many instances in the bar fight if you miss the QTE, you die and get Game Over. (so, kinda glad they added more repercussions.)

I love this because it just shows what an emotional connection Bruce has with Harvey. To clarify, if Batman saves Harvey instead of Selina, he says "Mr Dent"
If you save Selina over Harvey, while Batman runs to her aid you can see the shdow of Penguin burning Harvey's face, yet it doesn't happen until Selina is saved and then decides to go after Harvey.

Mayor Hill is oddly nice and charming, if you decide to side with him. It is weird, I know Hill is corrupted and Falcone is a mob boss, but when you are trying to be nice and polite to them, they are rather kind to Bruce. I know it may not be sincere, but damn, it feels oddly heartwarming.

In EP2 during the scene where Batman has a talk with Gordon, there's a few variations.
Brutalised Falcone and got answers from Mayor Hill… more as Batman- Gordon tells you that Batman's gone too far, the GCPD will try to take him in and Gorden won't be able to stop them.
Arrested Falcone and got answers from Mayor Hill as Bruce Wayne- Gordon says to keep it up and everyone will start seeing you the way he does, as a hero.
Arrested Falcone and got answers from Mayor Hill as Batman- Gordon says they're on shaky ground and the violence needs to stop. (basically a warning)
I'm not sure if breaking the dock shooters arm affects this at all.

It changes. If you didnt say No Comment the first time, the second time it says No Comment. But if you do say No Comment the first time it changes to "I said no comment"

And you get the key to the City too. I don't know if it is important, but sounds like something that can be of use or it can be bad since it implement Bruce's involvement with Hill.
I didn't know that. The problem is that Telltale usually links you with your choices, so when Hill asks you if you will cut Harvey's funds and you're playing for the first time you can't guess it's possible to actually accept and refuse later the trade.
It's actually a good improvement that this kind of option exists, though the consequences are still unknown.
