Why on earth did TT not tell us they were on there last legs.
So no, info like having no money or going under does not just appear on your lap. They must of know about this for months but told us nothing in hopes there deal with Nextflx would set them up. (for some reason it did not go threw all the way) Why did they think it was a good idea to leave not only there customers but there employees out of this do or die moment, did they not trust us or were they just scared of the media backlash well now they are here more dead then a walker cause at least a walker moves on.

Why didn't Marlon tell everyone what really happened and kept pulling back the safe zone?
Mind officially blown
I'm wondering the same thing. Former dev Emily Grace Buckshot said that there had been people who had just started at Telltale a WEEK AGO. At least one of them relocated across the country. Maybe they were just putting off the inevitable until they were finally on their last leg. Man, just 4 hours ago they were posting episode 2 teasers.
I think not even the employees knew, other than like, upper management. This is something that blew up in the CEO's face that he'd probably been trying to fix without raising alarm.
Telltale probably knew they were going out of business. It makes sense why they wrapped up The Walking Dead, and only gave it 4 episodes. And it makes sense why they delayed The Wolf Among Us Season 2 to 2019.
You sir just found the answer to every thing ever.
Wow that's entirely fucked up. I'd be soooo pissed if I packed up and moved across the country only to have the company shut the doors a week later. I can't believe I'm saying this but I'm glad my depression is as bad as it is. If my depression weren't so crippling I would have actually applied for a writing job and if I'd landed a job, moved, then my job vanish as soon as I got there, idk that I'd be able to handle that.
They probably thought the sales for TFS would be enough to complete the game, but they weren’t. They also probably thought that the Netflix deal would save them after TFS, but that did not happen.
