I don't think the elves were cockney, thats just what alot of New Yorkers sounded like back then.
There are a heaps of funny moments allready listed, but I giggled when you used the puppet on Sam and he references of Mice and Men 25 years before it was published and if it was set in 1901 it was a year before "Won't You Come Home Bill Bailey" was released.

I laughed out loud after Nefertiti turned Maximus into a cow for the second time in reel 3 and Sameth just says: "Oh, no fer the love of god, no." instead of "OH, NO! FER THE LOVE OF GOD, NO!!!"
