In case you don't know what $80 is, it is precisely $80.

This guy/kid/thing/monster really is unbelievable. It's almost like he's a bot of some kind. I don't really think of him as a person.

He's a real person with real feelings and real autism/OCD/myopia/diabetes.

Please Mods, don't close this thread ... *tries to hold laughter* this thread is the funnyiest thread I've ever read :D , this thread proved that all the users in this forum are ones of the best creative one-liner writers I've see in the internet :D :D I'm gonna buy you all a beer fellas!

EDIT: this guy is a part of tellTale forums's history ... I think they might make some references to him in the future games, just like that Grog X D spanish news ... I'm gonna do an interview with this guy ... see if I can get it published somewhere ... maybe MartyMacFly from Alternate magazine online agrees to do so ...

    EDIT2:
In case you don't know what $80 is, it is *says it just like Doc brown* precisely $80 *looks at the audience like Doc did after saying i'm gonna send you Back to the Future* .
    There, Fixed!

EDIT3: Oh, great, you banned him? I wanted to arrange an interview with him using a PM ... :(

It's a very long story about an infamous forum 'member' who originally registered here under the name of saucerfoot1. In the beginning, he was sort of accusing Telltale of ripping him off simply because there were compatibility issues with the Sam & Max games that he'd purchased. He said things like "my parents paid $80 for those games. do you know how much $80 is. they had to work a lot to make that money." He posted multiple threads about this, and in inappropriate places.

I think this problem was resolved, and then he had other issues with some of Telltale's games (I think). As a result, he began to ask if he could trade in his game seasons for other seasons. This eventually (I don't know how much later this was) led to him messaging admins and asking for free games. Along with this, he had other questions that he constantly asked by posting threads in the wrong places (such as General Chat). His questions were answered, and users also politely instructed him on where to post such questions in the future. Despite this, he would post more threads, asking the same questions and posted them in the same places.

This behaviour led him to being banned, but then he'd just keep coming back under new usernames. Under his new usernames, he would post attention-seeking threads and would report his own posts in order to attract attention from the mods and admins. He was given some second changes, but his behaviour continued and worsened, and he soon became an admin's nightmare. He's not malicious, he doesn't swear, he's not vulgar or overly rude, but his repetitive behavour and disregard for the forum rules are what have contributed to his repeated bans.

He's now banned on sight and not taken seriously.

    attention-seeking threads
how would you know they're attention seeking? maybe the poor fella just sinsierly asking and maybe he doesn't have any experiance using forums ... I suppose he isn't a native English speaker eighter ... somehow I feel for this dude ... I'm curious to know what kind of person he is, just like I would be curious to know what kind of person the Zodiac killer was ... have you seen "A Clockwork Orange"? didn't you feel for Alex?

^ He can't be all that innocent if he's actively using a proxy to sign up again and again, though. He's definitely trolling, albeit rather weakly.

I just wish he'd explain what $80 is so that we aren't all left in the dark.

Maybe ... Maybe ... why am i saying maybe? because what would you do if you're IP was blocked from accessing the forums? you'd use a proxy right?
OK, as far as I remember, he started "trolling" after he asked in several threads why they baned him ... Sooo, He was curious to know why Right? if I were curious, Noting would stop me from asking, even IP banning ...

EDIT: My motto, Never have 100% sure opinions about people, even if you think you're 100% sure ...

And you still have no idea how grave the situation actually is. There's no leaving with dignity for him. In the last week, he has created 42 (yes, fourty-two) new identities, just to post identical, repetitive and useless stuff. The mods and admins are baby-sitting him all the time.

I'd really ask all of you to not respond to his threads or questions, really, not at all. Please just ignore them. This guy has no place here, not even to be flamed.

OK, I know he's a nightmare for you guys who should manage the forums ... but maybe i can talk to him ... could you do a flavor for me and next time he made another accout, ask for his email? or at least, tell him to be present on an IRC network under an anonymous name, prferabley "SauserFoot1" ??? maybe I can talk with him ...

    No, I'd e-mail the admin.

Really, he's hardly the first to do exactly this just to rile up the staff.

It would be interesting to know what sort of a person he actually is. Because we really have no way of actually telling. For all we know, he could be a perfectly normal person who is just really good at sounding young, immature and a little... well, strange, and who just gets a kick out of doing so and seeing users' reactions to it. This probably isn't the case, but there really is no way of knowing.

But my best guess is that he does have a disorder of some kind, in which case I apologize for my harsher comments.

He's a 25 year old autist with OCD who's never been told "no". There's been a lot of contact with his family, but that didn't help AT ALL. If you google "saucerfoot", you will also see that he has already ruined entire online communities. There will be no further communication. He has to go NOW and will ALWAYS be banned on sight.

...and that's just plain revenge and has nothing to do with either OCD or autism, as I'd like the community to note.

They're called mods and admins, and they're working overtime.

I sort of do a little too. I'm afraid I never knew that before either. I guess that's why we should probably simply ignore him rather than joke around about the stuff that he posts.

Come on man, couldn't you read the whole thread? I'm sure he just read the beginning ...
We were just reconsidering you're behaviour and now ... still, I wanna talk to you, next

time you made a new user, talk to me first instead of making a new thread which may get you

    banned ...

The usernames are often the same; basically all in lower case, and with a number at the end. It can be spotted from a mile away, especially if the username includes the words 'what', 'why', 'please', 'sorry', etc.
