I do agree with the part where it is a business and they should have the delivery right for their customers. That's not satisfactory customer service..but stuff happens.

yeah so mine froze at 100%
restarted and then it just crashes before even opening every time...i tried rebooting the computer and even redownloading from the site...now when i redownload i noticed its a DIFFERENT file. and this file wont even unzip. at the end of the unzipping it gives me an error.
this is an freaking joke. i want money back. seriously. did they not test this thing out?

Get the same Problem have tryed extracting and downloading the game in the window it opens but just crashes then when i try to open it again it crashes every time

First launch it just froze. Had to force quit it.
Second try it started downloading some big something (what and where to??), then tried downloading it once again and then crashed.
Now it crashes in 1 or 2 seconds every time I start it.
It doesn't work, I guess you'll have to give me my money back. Thank you.
Then the big install comes.. that will take 30 minutes..
Try re-download it, that seems to the trick!
