It was a rhyme. That makes it poetry, and poetry is a beautiful thing. As far as being cool, it's only cool if I do it, for I am the King of Cool.

Bull-flockin'-S. I am the King of 42, and you know what that means.

    I oozes coolness!

food for thought: gay is not a slur. (unless used in an insulting manner) among gays, the word "gay" is actually preferred over homosexual, and in fact many anti-gay organizations purposely use the word homosexual because of the emphasis on the word "sexual", which is more off putting to not so open minded folk than the word "gay".

    also, feminine guy =/= gay.

don't want to derail the thread any longer, if you still want to talk about it, feel free to pm me.

To be fair, while I generally like the guy, he does have a bit of a temper sometimes. He doesn't just get vocal, he gets angry, or at least manages to sound like it.

This is true; he does sometimes sound angry. But sounding angry in text is very, very easy to do, even when you're not actually all that fired-up. It happens to me all the time - I can be in a perfectly good mood, but when I post an opinion, it can come out as appearing pretty forceful and harsh.

That's why I added the "at least manages to sound like it". It's amazingly easy to come off as angry when you're not, even in spoken conversation, and it's much easier to do in text. I'm sure I've done the same thing, and I'm sure that many of the times I've perceived Dashing to be angry, he was anything but.

Finally! Took someone long enough to pick me for this. I've been trying my best, damn it!
    Favorite/Best of 2010: Secret Fawful

This, however, takes no effort at all. I also nominate myself for Most Modest Member. To everyone else who's picked me; you'll be paid after I win. In love. Yeah, baby. Yeah.

I would like to nominate myself for the Posting-without-starting-a-thread-for-the-longest award because I think I'm the only one in that category.

If not, than I withdraw the nomination.:D

Ummm, maybe your avatar? Rather Dashing is a gender less name, and most important that guy/girl in your avatar has long hair* ...

*Disclaimer: That statement didn't mean that anyone who has long hair is female, that sprite doesn't show any gender

EDIT: Damn! ninjaed by that guy whose avatar reminds me of that evil English man from Pirates of the Caribbean 2&3 that somehow lost his mind and is laughing like Brad Pitt in Burn after reading, couldn't guess? I meant ...Secret Fawful .... again can't get what was I explaining? Look at this ---> image.php?u=19887&dateline=1292725300 Don't you see that face has a mixture of Brad Pitt and that evil English ma ... oh, you do get it? pretty clever huh? No?
waitt ... it's not technically a ninjaing operation if it's been an hour is it ? ... damn ...

most underrated user: jp-30 (he's handsome, he's intelligent, he has taste, he can blindly point on Japan on a globe, he can subtract antimatter from matter, he can hold breath for 30 minutes with sharks swimming in beer inside his mouth and when he breaths again, not that he could no longer, it sounds like music and you smell a fresh breeze of the ocean, kiwis trust him and build their nests in his soft curly long hair, ... he is a man from New Zealand, Nietzsche would be jealous.)

Don't be fooled by the short pants and cutesy haircut. Dashing is indeed a man. Those pants are designed for action, not poncing around in!

Also, an anagram of Rather Dashing is "Thread has grin". This is probably completely irrelevant to everything.

    Well, Secret Fawful has:

    Walrus Effect
    Fecal Wets Fur
    Fart Clues Few
    Waffle Eructs
    Arse Cuff Welt
    Few Car Flutes

Still nothing compared to Dashing's, though.
  • edited January 2011
I dunno, I like Walrus Effect better than any of Dashing's.

:D Yeah, I thought that one was great. Also, you'll have to excuse my immaturity, but I though 'Fart Clues Few' was pretty great as well; it just puts some absurd images into my head.

Edit: 'Sherlock Holmes and the Case of the Phantom Fart'...

    sorry :(.
