Its a Jurassic Park game, which means that I would very possibly give my house up just to not have to wait any longer!!!! I have the money if you have someone to help me with it! :D

Sadly, I don't however I don't blame you for wanting to give it a try

Well, all you can do in life is try. That is why Telltale is successful, they tried, and screw the people who are talking crap about the Jurassic Park game, i respect Telltale for carrying on my favorite movie of all time!

As do I. People are so shallow sometimes. Hell, my entire life I've sorta been an outcast for being a JP fan, and when this game finally got rolling, I finally found a place where I feel more accepted and welcome for being the JP fan that I am. So my hat's off to Telltale for bringing me to this place.

Why would liking Jurassic Park make you an outcast? You'd have more of that with Star Wars and Star Trek, but Jurassic Park!?

Agreed they are doing a great job and one thing is sure we are all friends here and you guys are the best friends anyone could have.

I dont really have any friends but you guys are the closest thing i have got. Long live the Raptor Group

What can I say? Around here, all any kid really cared about was cars or guns. Not really my cup of tea, so I wasn't really well liked for it. Sad, but very true

Agreed there. It's nice to have a place to discuss everything JP related (well, here and JPLegacy) without any fear of being scrutinized

Yes, I agree with Asian Inferno, Jurassic Park has always done good for my life. If it ever did anything for me it would be sparking amazing conversations with others about one of the greatest, most revolutionary films in the history of movies! Everything about Jurassic Park shows that it is a movie ahead of its time, and if it was never created, I promise you that "Avatar" (the largest grossing movie in box-office history) would have had the same quality graphics as "Jaws"! Thank God for Jurassic Park and what it has done for the world, it changed my life and the lives of many others and 98% of people who have seen Jurassic Park, loved it (thats a real statistic... google it!!! :p).

Oh and btw, I was playing CoD with my friends the other day and someone in the match had a huge conversation about how the raptors in Jurassic Park would attack from the sides while one watches you. This tells us that everyone still had a small dose of Jurassic Park fever left in them, we just have to find a way to get it out and bring one of the greatest movies of all time, back into the main view of the world!!!!

I wouldn't be the same person I am today if not for Jurassic Park. That movie defined my childhood. I literally would refuse to play with any toy if it wasn't JP related, and mostly everything that I watched or talked about had to do with Jurassic Park. Around here, it just wasn't the popular thing for some reason. Really up until about 2010, I only had one friend that was into JP as I was.

Back to the Future: Episode 4 for PC/Mac is coming next week folks!

    What about Jurassic Park??

Will be out this week? Today or tomorrow??

PS: Alan wrote that in BTTF forum.

That and the Prequels to Star Wars...which I will admit here that I love. I grew up watching them (9 in 1999) just like the others and the OT, and I understand the hate, but the criticism based on nostalgia is just outright wrong.

I'm thankful for what Jurassic Park started 18 years ago!

Agreed. Jurassic Park is one of the single most important films in cinematic history. Movies would never be the way they are today if not for Jurassic Park. I for one find it so ironic that Jurassic Park has far better special effects than 90% of the movies today.

Oh, I am sorry to hear that there is nobody around you who likes it. I do feel for you, I don't really know what that feels like, bro! Jurassic Park, atleast in my persective, was always one of the biggest things in the world to people. The way people were after a Jurassic Park sequel or Jurassic Park: Trespasser, was like the hype for the next Call of Duty today! Spielberg just needs to find a way to bring back the true love in peoples' hearts for the franchise, so we can once again see the shelves stocked with JP merchandise and experience the amazing effect it has on everyone!!!!

Okay that really should indicate it coming this week... I mean having all three of their games release next week is overkill and an oversaturation. Anyone who bought all three would have a hard time knowing where to start first.

It better be in the next two days or so...

Surprisingly it's stood up pretty well to the test of time so far.

It was rough, but I definitely wouldn't trade my childhood for the world. I would personally love to see the shelves stocked with Jurassic Park stuff again. Just imagining that warms my heart like nothing ever has. (besides, it'd give me more stuff to add to my collecton :D)

With the exception of the Brachiosaurus sneezing, every other bit of CGI is just as breathtaking as it was in 1993

I agree, yet that scene was good symbolism, showing how Grant had learned to like kids throughout the events in the story so far and how the children had learned to trust Grant.

Just keep your faith in JP, and when it someday returns to the front of every magazine (it will), you can laugh in the faces of the people who put you down for enjoying it, and be able to say that you loved it straight through the most difficult times in the history of Jurassic Park!!!!!!

OK. I have so much to say I am not sure where to start. Suffice to say because of my job I drop off the radar now and then....I just discovered this game and this forum today.

    I too am a JP nut...my credentials...lol
-In a nutshell I created a dinosaur musuem in 2nd grade that got me out of the entire grade (im serious..private school minimal oversight?)
-I had all the figurines...as a kid..like all of them
-Owned almost every JP game ever made...trespasser and operation genesis and the sega games among the best
-Actually went to college undergrad and grad to learn more about dinos...

I cant believe someone made a JP game..that looks good. I had long since resigned myself to the idea that JP was a long gone and forgetten happy place in my head.

I still to this day... have a danger 10,000 volts sign on my office door. Yes. Oh yes. How could I not?

A pleasure to be here for sure..when I am not buried in work I will be checking in as often as possible.

It def heavily influenced my life as well. While I left the idea of making paleontology into my career a long time ago, I'd still like to get into it semi-professionally when I'm an older man.

In hindsight, maybe I should have stuck with paleontology. I don't know how they're doing in this economy, but I know that indie sound recording for film is a painful career to have just gotten into. Very, very painful.

I would go so far as to say like others the movie's and the books and other material namely dinosaurs; defined my life. Heck my first job during college was at the New Mexico Museum of Natural History and Science...the whole time I kept hoping to run into an excentric old man...wanting me to go visit an island off the coast of costa rica...

On that note need to get back to work :) Haha not been this thrilled in a while....Telltale...thank you.

That was one of those Speilberg moments, and it was a true showcasing of character development.

My faith has never, and will never die. I'm actually debating whether to videotape my JP collection to show off on youtube. Not the greatest one, but it's definitely impressive.

I'm definitely weighing the option of pursuing Paleontology as a career. It's been my dream job ever since JP came out, and I'm leaning toward going for it while I'm still young. Jurassic Park wouldn't be what it was if it wasn't for the Paleontologists out there sacrificing blood, sweat, and tears to bring back the greatest creatures to ever walk this earth.

I love the NM Museum of Natural History and Science. I always try and visit at least once a year, especially now that we've got Stan right in the Atrium. I have never been to a museum that has been more fun than ours.

And how ironic. I remember the same excentric old man. He had a really neat cane.

That would be hilarious. I was thinking more along the lines of a screenshot of the little girl from The Lost World representing Telltale, the Compies representing us fans, and the Hot Dog representing JPTG
